1 Anogen --- Manufacturer of Quality Antibody Products Cytokine Antibodies ISO 13485: 2016 Quality Management System for Medical Devices
2 ABOUT US Based in Ontario, Canada, Anogen has been creating leading edge products and offering customizable solutions for cytokine research since We support our clients worldwide. Our antibodies and assay kits ensure research procedures' accuracy, stability and sensitivity. We support research institutions, universities and CROs. We develop and produce antibodies for research, diagnostic and therapeutic applications to combat various diseases including cancer, inflammatory disorders, neurological disorders, and infectious diseases. Information of our cytokine antibodies and assay kits is available on our website at Monoclonal and Polyclonal Antibodies to Human Cytokines and Growth Factors Matched Antibody Pairs to Human Cytokines and Growth Factors Elisa kits for Human Cytokines and Receptors Elisa kits for Mouse Cytokines and Receptors Multiplex Elisa kits for Human Cytokines 2.
3 CYTOKINE STORM A cytokine storm is the unconstrained release of cytokines during immune responses, consisting of a positive feedback loop between cytokines and leukocytes. Cytokine storm is potentially fatal, as seen in the extensive cytokine production in infectious and non-infectious diseases including sepsis, avian influenza, H1N1 influenza, severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) coronavirus infection, smallpox outbreak, Ebola virus infection, graft versus host disease (GVHD), acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), trauma, and so on Uncontrollable, prolonged cytokine release is also observed in rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis and other chronic inflammatory diseases. Elevated Cytokine Expression Systemic septic shock: TNF-α, IL-1, IL-6, IL-12, IFN-γ and MIF. SARS: IFN-γ, IL-18, TGF-β, IL-6, IP-10, MCP-1, MIG and IL-8. ARDS: Significantly higher levels of TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6 and IL-8 in bronchoalveolar lavage. Rheumatoid arthritis: TNF-α, IFN-γ and IL-17 Psoriasis: Cutaneous and systemic overexpression of several pro-inflammatory cytokines, such as IL-2, IL-6, IL- 8, IL-12, IFN-γ and TNF-α. IL-17and IL-23 Cytokine Monoclonal Antibodies Developed and Produced in Anogen bfgf, EGF, Erythropoietin (EPO), TGF-β1 IL-1β, IL-2, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, IL-16, IL-17A, IL-18 GM-CSF, GCSFR MCP-1(MCAF), MCP-3, MCSF, MIP-1α IFN- γ, TNF-α Anogen s Progress in Anti-Cytokine Storm Therapy Developed AbCream: A topical application of IL-8 monoclonal antibody to treat psoriasis. Developed humanized IL-8 and MCP-1 monoclonal antibody. The humanized IL-8 antibody prevented neutrophil infiltration in acute lung injury (ALI) animal model, indicating a promising future for utilization of humanized IL-8 antibody in the prevention and treatment of ALI in human. 3.
