2 Congratulations on your purchase of the Whipped Cream Maker! You will love all the wonderful, easy recipes you can make in your maker. This is the fastest (and freshest) way ever to make your own whipped cream, butter, or scrambled eggs. Store-bought whipped cream is full of air, hydrogenated oils, and other ingredients that aren t great for your health. With this handy product, you can make your own whipped cream in just 30 seconds with just three ingredients and you can customize flavor toppings for pie, sundaes, cakes, waffles, other baked goods, coffee, and hot cocoa. You can also make fresh, homemade butter and super-fluffy scrambled eggs. Here are some recipe ideas to help you get started and to make the most of your new Whipped Cream Maker. And don't forget, I am here for you! Product Details: 1-cup capacity to fill line; makes 2 cups of whipped cream. The pumping lid locks in place. Nonskid silicone base doubles as a storage lid. Dishwasher-safe. One-year guarantee. These products are also available to compliment your Whipped Cream Maker: Chocolate Drizzler Deep Dish Pie Plate Ice Cream Scoop Decorating Bag Set Tips For Use: Heavy Whipping Cream or Whipped Cream will work. Brand does not matter. Keep in mind humidity always affects whipped cream. Cream needs to be very cold and your container must be clean and dry. IMPORTANT: add cream only to or just below the fill line. Standing over the WCM (rather than holding it to the side) to mix will work best. FAST, vigorous motion is required. 3 WHIPPED CREAM - BASIC RECIPE 1-2 tsp. powdered sugar (depending on your taste preference) 1 tsp. vanilla (optional) Add heavy cream to the fill line, cover and plunge vigorously for 30-seconds. CHOCOLATE WHIPPED CREAM 2 Tablespoons powdered sugar 1 Tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder 1 teaspoon vanilla (optional) Add heavy cream to the fill line, cover and plunge vigorously for 30-seconds. PUMPKIN WHIPPED CREAM 1 heaping Tablespoon pumpkin pie filling 2 Tablespoons powdered sugar Add whipping cream to fill line and plunge for 30 seconds. PEPPERMINT MOCHA WHIPPED CREAM ¾-1 teaspoon peppermint extract 1 Tablespoon cocoa 3 Tablespoons powdered sugar Add whipping cream to fill line and plunge for 30 seconds. Cindy Slykhuis 3
4 FLAVORED WHIPPED CREAM/COFFEE CREAMER*** Use basic recipe (above) and add liquor (such as Bailey s Irish Cream) or flavored coffee creamer of your choice in place of vanilla. Use more or less flavoring depending on your preference. NON-DAIRY WHIPPED CREAM/COFFEE CREAMER 1 can ( oz) full-fat coconut milk or coconut cream 1-3 Tablespoons powdered sugar 2-3 teaspoons vanilla extract Refrigerate the can of coconut milk overnight so that the liquid and solid separate. Place the solids into a small bowl to break up the chunks. Reserve the liquid for another use (great for smoothies or oatmeal!). Add solids to the WCM just to the fill line. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Cover and pump vigorously until contents reach desired consistency. Cindy Slykhuis 4
5 VEGAN COFFEE CREAMER 1 cup (8 oz.) unsweetened almond milk 1 Tablespoon hazelnut, coconut, or cinnamon extract (or flavor of your choice) 2 Tablespoons sugar or 1 Tablespoon sugar substitute Mix vigorously for 30 seconds and enjoy. Leftovers can be covered and refrigerated. Stir before using. ***You can froth your dairy or almond milk in your WCM for your lattes too! WHIPPED MOUSSE 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream 3-5 Tablespoons of your favorite Instant Pudding Mix (Chocolate, Oreo Cookies & Cream, Butterscotch, Cheesecake, etc.) Mix vigorously for 30 seconds and enjoy. Eat as a mousse, frosting for baking, or as topping for a drink. NUTELLA MOUSSE 2/3 cup cold heavy cream ¼ cup Nutella 1/8 ¼ teaspoon instant ground coffee (optional) Combine ingredients and plunge for seconds. Mixing will take longer because of thickness. FRESH BUTTER Pour room-temperature whipping cream to fill line. Cover and plunge vigorously for seconds or until resistance is strong and solids are formed. Remove plunger and scrape butter contents onto the center of a double-layered cheesecloth. Gently squeeze excess liquid into a bowl. Rinse bundled cheesecloth to remove excess buttermilk. Repeat by squeezing and rinsing until water is clear. SCRAMBLED EGGS Crack eggs into container 1 Tablespoon milk or water Pinch of salt Other items (green pepper, ham, onion, mushroom, etc.) Plunge until frothy Pour into preheated non-stick pan and scramble (Have you seen Pampered Chef s NEW Ceramic Egg Cooker? 6 PROTEIN PUDDING ½ package sugar-free instant chocolate pudding 8 oz. chocolate premier protein shake Mix for 2 minutes. Makes 1½ cups. MAYONNAISE 1 egg ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon dry mustard 1 Tablespoon white vinegar 1 cup oil (approximate)* * add oil to the WCM a little at a time until mixed to desired consistency.
