The cancelation fee will be based on how far from the customer pickup date or delivery date the items get canceled. The fee will vary from 50% - 100% of the total rental cost for the cancelled items. LINEN - Santa Rosa Party Rental s fine linens are pressed and table-ready for your rental use. After use, shake out linens removing all debris. Wet or damped linens should be air-dried to prevent staining or mildew and should not be bagged in those conditions. Please be aware: Variations due to washing, normal use, and dye lot differences are part of the unique character of rental linens. CATERING EQUIPMENT All items need to be returned rinsed, free of any solid debris. A cleaning fee, equal to 50% of the item s rental price, will be added to your invoice if items are returned dirty. The cleaning fee for charcoal grills is $35. Delivery & Pickup Fee - Delivery charges are based on location.
