7 Innovate to compete This is the central theme of the 26th Encafé. It reflects a moment of profound transformation and strong investments that the coffee industries need to do to keep up with the market. Partnerships with suppliers are key for: Launching of innovative products, blends and differentiated packaging (single doses or not); Commercialization of equipment and promotion of new preparation methods for domestic or commercial environments; Acting in new business segments, from leasing machines to opening and/or supplying to coffee stores and other consumption outlets; Modernization and renovation of products in points of sale, mainly in retail (supermarkets), convenience stores and bakeries; Transformation of the coffee category with value addition; Upgrading and renovating manufacturing units, seeking greater productivity, differentiation, quality and less waste.

Note: The organization will provide the event s room with sound and projection equipment. Other expenses (such as speaker fees, accommodation, etc.) are the sponsor s responsibilities.
