3 The NSPCC National Training Centre is winner of the Training Organisation for Personal Social Services (TOPPS) England Care and Health National Training Strategy Accolades Best Training Venue. Built as a centre of excellence for child protection training, the NSPCC National Training Centre offers an extensive range of purpose-built training and conference facilities for hire. Located within close reach of both Leicester city centre and motorways, together with easy access by public transport, you will find a friendly and welcoming team with everything you need for a successful conference. about us The NSPCC National Training Centre offers: 12 meeting rooms seating four to 220 delegates audio-visual equipment is available in all conference rooms on request video conferencing bright and informal restaurant and bar 32 en suite bedrooms resource unit containing an extensive range of child care training packs, videos, books and periodicals fully accessible for wheelchair users, fixed hearing loops are in the main reception and the conference hall. Portable hearing loops are available for other areas.. 60 complimentary car parking spaces for centre guests shopping and sports complexes within walking distance. The conference hall is a purposebuilt presentation room that benefits from plenty of natural light and opens onto a courtyard area. The hall seats a maximum of 220 delegates and has staging, a data projection unit, a presentation screen and a sound system. There is also a fitted hearing loop system. What s included: Coffee, selections of teas and infusions served with biscuits on arrival, midmorning and afternoon. A minimum of 80 delegates on a day delegate rate are required for the full use of the conference hall.

6 facilities 32 en suite bedrooms Each bedroom has a television, telephone, hair dryer, tea and coffee making facilities. The Learning Resources Unit Provides a comfortable and relaxed working environment where you can use a wide range of regularly updated materials on all aspects of child protection and training. In addition thereis a television, video and DVD player for viewing training materials. There is no charge for use of the Learning Resources Unit to delegates on training courses at the NSPCC National Training Centre. Catering The restaurant offers a delicious balanced selection of homemade food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. All our menus have a vegetarian selection. We also cater for special dietary requirements on request. Bar and lounge Tea and coffee are always available in the lounge area. A licensed bar is open in the evenings for residential delegates. Outdoor courtyard area Conference hall A purpose-built presentation hall that benefits from plenty of natural light and opens onto a courtyard area. The hall seats a maximum of 220 delegates and has staging, a data projection unit, a presentation screen and a sound system.
