This nationally celebrated, week-long event is held annually to focus public attention on the needs of young children and their families and to recognize the programs and services that meet those needs. This celebration is sponsored by our professional organization, the National Association for the Education of Young Children, with the theme Celebrating Our Youngest Learners. To celebrate, we will have a week of extra fun activities to honor you and especially the wonderful children you entrust to us to care and educate every day.
