As required by Section 311 Title 25, of the Oklahoma Statutes as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of Independent School District Number 12 of Oklahoma County Oklahoma, will hold a regular meeting on MONDAY, JANUARY 8, 2018, at 6:00 p.m. The place and street address of the meeting will be at Edmond Public Schools Administrative Center, 1001 West Danforth, Edmond, Oklahoma. If participation at any Board of Education meeting is not possible due to a disability, notification to the School Clerk at least 48 hours prior to scheduled meeting is encouraged to make the necessary accommodations. The Board of Education may waive the 48-hour rule if signing is not the necessary accommodation. Possible consideration and vote to approve Tennis Center grounds lease with City of Edmond. CONSIDERATION AND VOTE OF CONSENT AGENDA: All of the following items, which concern reports and items of routine nature normally approved at board meetings, will be approved by one vote unless any board member desires to have a separate vote on any or all of these items.
