2 INTRODUCTION Makro Food Supply Company was founded by Mr.Zia-Ul-Haq Butt in the year 2000 in Karachi. He is also performing the responsibilities as the Chairman of Bread Association of Karachi, Pakistan. The Makro Food Supply Company is working in the market by the name of More Fresh along with its dignified product line which have become among the best-known and trusted in food industry and the favorites of families everywhere. We are proud to offer a variety of flavored food to meet the needs and make your meal time better. The Company is primarily engaged in the production of a variety of food products and the marketing of those products and supplying throughout the city of karachi. The Company has emphasized for several years the manufacture and distribution of branded, value-added consumer. The Company has continually expanded its product portfolio through organic growth, new product development, and the completion of numerous strategic acquisitions. The Company sells its products in more than 80% Sectors & Areas in the whole city of Karachi through energetic sales personals and the independent distributors. Products are sold to the retailers, wholesalers, foodservice distributors as well. 7 Burger Bun Main Ingredients: Refined Flour, Sugar, Salt, Vegetable Oil, Sesame Seeds, Yeast & Preservatives. Burger Bun is made by using Refined Flour, Sugar, Salt, Vegetable Oil, Sesame Seeds, Yeast & Preservatives. Which are mixed with an specific ratio to and baked at 150 C for about 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown. Rusk Main Ingredients: Refined Flour, Sugar, Salt, Vegetable Oil, Sesame Seeds, Solid Milk, Yeast & Preservatives. Rusk is made by using Refined Flour, Sugar, Salt, Vegetable Oil, Sesame Seeds, Solid Milk, Yeast & Preservatives. Which are mixed with an specific ratio. Rusk however has different ingredient depending on how it is intended to be made. Cooking Rusk takes about 15 minutes to bake it at 100 C.

8 Fruit Bun Main Ingredients: Refined Flour, Sugar, Salt, Vegetable Oil, Bread Emulsifiers, Yeast & Vitamins. All the ingredients such as Refined Flour, Sugar, Salt, Vegetable Oil, Bread Emulsifiers, Yeast & Vitamins are mixed with an specific ratio and further baked in preheated 150 C oven for about 15 minutes to complete. Bran Bread Main Ingredients: Whole Wheat Flour, Bran Flakes, Salt, Dry Yeast, Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil, Vitamins & Preservatives. All the ingredients such as Whole Wheat Flour, Bran Flakes, Salt, Dry Yeast, Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil, Vitamins & Preservatives are mixed in an specific ratio and further baked in preheated 250 C oven for about minutes to complete.

9 Plain Bread Main Ingredients: Refined Flour, Sugar, Salt, Vegetable Oil, Bread Emulsifiers, Margarine, Yeast & Vitamins. In a bowl mix together all the ingredients such as Refined Flour, Sugar, Salt, Vegetable Oil, Bread Emulsifiers, Margarine, Yeast & Vitamins. Now bake in a preheated oven of 250 C for about minutes. Now take out from oven, cool and cut into slices. Milk Bread main Ingredients: Refined Flour, Sugar, Salt, Vegetable Oil, Bread Emulsifiers, Margarine, Yeast & Vitamins, Solid Milk. In a bowl mix together all the ingredients such as Refined Flour, Sugar, Salt, Vegetable Oil, Bread Emulsifiers, Margarine, Yeast & Vitamins. Now bake in a preheated oven of 230 C for about minutes. If desired, glaze the top of the bread with a little melted butter while still warm.
