CUPCAKE GIRL TOPPER $60.00 This is a fun cake topper, especially with the popularity of cupcakes. May be used for many Occasions with just a few changes. Instructor will provide all supplies for use in class. CAKE APPLIQUE TECHNIQUE $60.00 Come and try this fun class. This is a technique that is originally used in sewing but may be adapted to cake decorating. Once you master this, you will look at patterns with different eyes and be eager to try new designs. Instructor will provide all supplies for use in class. WHIMSICAL ANIMALS $60.00 Come and have some fun and see what can be made from fondant. This class will provide the basis for modelling many other animals. All supplies for use in class will be provided by the instructor. MARZIPAN FRUITS & VEGETABLES $60.00 These fruits and vegetables are the perfect decoration for cakes, cupcakes, Thanksgiving. So may ideas. They are fun to make and delightful to eat! If you are an experienced sugar crafter your talents will serve you well in this new adventure! If you do not have any previous experience, do not dismay - you will see results immediately. Instructor provides all supplies for class. PLAYING WITH CHOCOLATE $65.00 Learn how to temper chocolate, use chocolate transfer sheets, magnetic chocolate molds, make decorations. 4 ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR Ms. Loveland is a native of the United Kingdom and has lived in the Fairfax area since She is a graduate Pastry Chef of L Academie de Cuisine, Ewald Notter Chocolate Class and Blown & Pulled Sugar, the Roland Winbeckler Professional Course, the Amy Malone School of Cake Decorating and has completed a course of study in the art of airbrush with Frances Kuyper. Ms. Loveland has travelled extensively and has also taught in the United Kingdom. All classes are taught by Beryl Loveland. A place in class will be guaranteed only if your 50% deposit is received SEVEN days before the date agreed for a specific class. Deposits are nonrefundable or transferable unless notification is received a MINIMUM OF SEVEN days prior to the date of the class.
