Banana Pudding Cup Quick and easy enough for after school, it s a crowd-pleasing take on a Southern favorite. 1/4 banana, sliced 2 vanilla wafer cookies, coarsely crushed 1 pudding cup (3.25 oz. each) Snack Pack Reddi-wip Original Dairy Whipped Topping 1 Add banana and cookies to pudding cup; stir gently. 2 Top with Reddi-wip and serve immediately. This treat s a must-have at any Halloween party. 12 OREO Cookies, divided Red and black decorating gel 2 Snack Pack Chocolate Pudding cups (3.25 oz. each) 2 Tbsp. Peter Pan Creamy Peanut Butter 2 Snack Pack cups (3.25 oz. each) 12 drops yellow food coloring 4 drops red food coloring 1 Tbsp. bright orange sprinkles 1 Twist open 4 cookies. Decorate cream halves with red and black gel like an eyeball. Crush remaining 8 cookies and 4 plain halves. 2 In bowl, stir chocolate pudding and peanut butter. In separate bowl, stir yellow and red food coloring into vanilla pudding. 3 Layer half of crushed cookies, chocolate pudding, remaining crushed cookies and vanilla pudding in 4 small serving dishes. Top with sprinkles and a decorated cookie. Black Cat Pudding Cups Peanut butter and butterscotch. When this yummy combo crosses your path it s all good. 1/4 cup Peter Pan Creamy Peanut Butter 4 Snack Pack Butterscotch Pudding cups (3.25 oz. each) 4 chocolate sandwich cookies White, black and red decorating gel 1 Stir 1 Tbsp. peanut butter into each pudding cup; set aside. 2 Twist apart cookies. Cut 2 cream halves in quarters for ears. Discard remaining 2 cream halves. Press each plain half onto 2 quarters to make cat head. Decorate with gels to resemble face. 3 Top each pudding cup with cat face cookie. Serve immediately. Now that s a happy Thanksgiving. 1 pkg Snack Pack (13 oz. each) 4 oz. 1/3 less fat cream cheese (Neufchatel), softened 1 can (15 oz. each) solid-pack pumpkin 1/3 cup confectioners sugar 3/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice Reddi-wip Original Dairy Whipped Topping 1 In medium bowl, use hand mixer to blend pudding and cream cheese until smooth. Mix in pumpkin, sugar and pumpkin pie spice. 2 Serve chiiled in 6 small serving dishes. Garnish with dollop of Reddi-wip and a dash of pumpkin pie spice. GIngerbread Pudding Cups Tis the season for egg nog s kid-friendly cousin. Ground cinnamon 1 pkg (13 oz. each) Snack Pack 6 gingerbread man cookies Reddi-wip Original Dairy Whipped Topping, optional Stir dash of cinnamon into each pudding cup. Place 2 cookies in zip top food bag; crush into fine crumbs. Sprinkle pudding cups with crumbs. Garnish each cup with a cookie, top with Reddi-wip. Hot Chocolate Truffles As a gift or for a cookie exchange, these no-bake wonders capture all the warmth of the season. 50 vanilla wafers 3 envelopes (0.96 oz. each) Swiss Miss Simply Cocoa Dark Chocolate Hot Cocoa Mix 1 pudding cup (3.25 oz. each) Snack Pack Chocolate Pudding 2 seconds Reddi-wip Original Dairy Whipped Topping (about 1/2 cup) 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows 1 cup premier white morsels 1 tablespoon Pure Wesson Vegetable Oil Coarse colored sugar, optional 1 Line shallow baking pan with parchment paper; set aside. Place wafers and cocoa mix in food processor bowl; pulse into fine crumbs. Add pudding and Reddi-wip; pulse until ball begins to form. Add marshmallows; pulse until marshmallows are cut into small pieces. Roll mixture 1 Stir together pudding and food coloring in small bowl. into 1-inch balls; place on pan. Microwave on HIGH in 30 seconds; stir. in 4 small serving dishes. Serve chilled, if desired. Microwave another 30 seconds, or until softened. Stir until melted. Roll a truffle in mixture to coat. Use a fork to lift out of mixture, allowing excess to drip off. Place onto baking pan. Sprinkle with colored sugar immediately. Repeat with remaining truffles. 4 Valentine s day LOVE EASTER HOPPY-NESS Red Velvet Pudding Cups Treating your sweety pies is easy. Top this off with a chocolate heart to show em even more love. 1/4 cup dry red velvet cake mix 2 tablespoons Swiss Miss Milk Chocolate Hot Cocoa Mix 3 tablespoons reduced fat (2%) milk 1 pkg (13 oz. each) Snack Pack Reddi-wip Original Dairy Whipped Topping 1 Spray inside of large microwave-safe mug with cooking spray. In bowl, whisk together cake mix, cocoa mix and milk until blended. Pour into mug. Microwave on HIGH 1 to 1-1/2 minutes, or until set. Cool slightly. Crumble into small pieces. 2 Divide 2 pudding cups between 4 small serving dishes. Top with half of cake crumbles. Layer with remaining pudding and cake. Top with Reddi-wip just before serving. Prepare cake mix according to package directions, using Pure Wesson Vegetable Oil and 1/4 cup Egg Beaters Original for each egg. Cool 1 hour. 2 For frosting: beat cream cheese, pudding, confectioners sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on LOW 2 to 3 minutes or until smooth. 3 To assemble, place square cake diagonally on platter. Top pudding evenly with sprinkles. 2 Cut 4 small triangles from orange slice candy to make beaks; discard remaining candy. Decorate each pudding cup with 2 chocolate morsels for eyes and a beak triangle to make chick face. Serve immediately. Carrot Patch Pudding Cups This season s twist on dirt dessert is something everybunny can love. 1/4 cup caramel flavored syrup 4 pudding cups (5.5 oz. each) Super Snack Pack Creamy Chocolate 1/4 cup orange colored sugar 1 green fruit-flavored rainbow twist 2 medium bananas, peeled, cut in half 2 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed 1 Stir 1 tablespoon syrup into each pudding cup. Place sugar in shallow dish. Cut twist crosswise into 4 pieces. Cut each piece lengthwise into 3 thin pieces for carrot top. 2 Insert tip of small knife in flat end of each banana half to make small hole for inserting thin pieces for top. Roll each banana half in sugar until coated on all sides. Insert 3 thin pieces in each hole. 3 Insert a decorated banana half, pointed side down, into each pudding cup. Spoon crushed cookies evenly around each banana. Serve immediately. 6 7
