BQ F LA A A FS «AS» eviving the rovençal tradition of candied fruits desserts, our aster hocolatier created this graphical tree with a dark chocolate structure, on which «bigarreau» cherries, clementines from orsica and other candied delicacies are carefully deposited. WLLAS A W BB ALLA eveloped with hilippe Bruneton, awarded «Best Jam aker of France 2004», this recipe has been exclusively designed for our «idnight in rovence» ollection. t combines fresh Williams pears from the onts du ilat and an exquisite Bourbon vanilla. laborated with a slow cooking method, the Williams pears keep their delicious flavour as well as melting whole pieces. 2. Y A S roduced in the évennes region by a local beekeeper, this fabulous preparation is a blending of a sweet chestnut honey of the ount Aigoual with a selection of crunchy nuts - walnuts, almonds and hazelnuts. his delectable marriage tastes as good plain in a spoon, or as a topping on a yoghurt or vanilla ice cream. 3. AL AL BSS An assortment of 10 traditional recipes prepared in the region of Aix-en-rovence with almond and wheat flour from organic farming.
