3 All cakes are hand baked in-house at Bake St by the very passionate Amirah & Zakiya. Only free range farm fresh eggs are used alongside award winning Wessex Mill flour. We always use cane sugar for a superior flavour, real fruits or fruit purees and quality extracts. We use Neilsen Massey Vanilla bean paste in our vanilla based cakes and frostings. Using Belcolade Belgian chocolate with high cocoa content for our chocolate creations. Our jams and curds are bought from the very passionate people at The Bay Tree and we love to use award winning French butter for a richer flavour. All our bakes are suitable for vegetarians and do not contain alcohol. They all contain Wheat, dairy & gluten. Please note our cakes are baked in a kitchen which works with nuts therefore we cannot guarantee that any of our cakes are safe for allergy sufferers.
