There are 2 sizes available to suit the user s requirements: 20 Litres and 30 Litres. It is easy to add ingredients during the mixing process thanks to the rodded bowl guard. The mixer utilises a stirring hook and bowl that rotate simultaneously in opposite directions which reduces mixing time and makes sure that all dough is worked during the mixing process. The economy dough mixers are fitted with an emergency stop button for optimum safety in use. It is a very easy machine to use; you simply set the rollers at your required thickness, place your dough ball in the top roller, turn it 90 degrees before it goes through the bottom roller and voila!
