It analyses which foods or beverages share the same aromas and therefore in all probability would be a good match. The excellent quality of the ingredients and recipes means that Jules Destrooper cookies present a generous range of flavours and aromas. That makes them a suitable and flavoursome ingredient when preparing appetizers, starters, main dishes and desserts. We give our chef the final word. Through his natural flair and talent, he brings the recipes into balance and seasons them to taste. Try it yourself: give the cookie a leading part or a supporting role in a dish and experience the perfect balance between wonderfully sweet and deliciously savoury. 4 Jules Destrooper Butter Waffles 8 Scallops Cucumber Yellow Bell Pepper Tomato Basil Dice the cucumber, yellow bell pepper and tomato into small cubes, then sauté them in butter. Add the finely sliced chilli pepper. Heat the Butter Waffles in the oven at 180 C for 1 to 2 minutes, then use a cooking ring to punch out a circle. Fill the ring with the fried vegetable mixture and cover with the Butter Waffle. Fry the scallops in butter then place them on the Butter Waffle. Remove the ring and garnish with basil.
