Local choristers will sing carols around the Christmas tree before dinner is served. Your room will be available from 3pm, and we will serve complimentary tea & homemade cakes between 3-5pm in our lounge area. The Gala Ball commences at 7pm with a glitzy Champagne and canapé reception. This is followed by a seven-course extravaganza, created by our Head Chef and his team in the Manor Restaurant. Be amazed by the international magician, Etienne Pradier, at your table. Enjoy a more informal celebration to see in 2019 with our Gala Buffet, packed full of frivolity. Arrive at 8pm for a glass of Champagne or Kir Royale, before taking your seat for our Head Chef s superb celebration buffet. The party really gets started when both the Gala Ball and Gala Buffet guests join together for dancing to live entertainment in the Banqueting room. A Piper will then join us at midnight to herald in the New Year, with the party continuing until 1am.
