2 Company Picnic Specialists Company Picnic Specialists is a full-service catering company specializing in the complete catering, entertainment and activities for company picnics. For your convenience, we handle all of the details for your event. From securing your specific site to detailed planning of menus and activities, Company Picnic Specialists does it all. Additionally, we can provide all necessary permits for your event, parking passes for your guests and even directional signage to your specific group site. 3 All American Picnics All cooking is done on-site and our prices are based on all-you-can-eat-and-drink for the duration of your picnic. All menus include the following: Ranch style beans, potato salad, fresh fruit salad, pasta salad, corn-on-the-cob, sliced watermelon, assorted chips and snacks, ice cream bars, soft drinks, and bottled water. 4 Concessions Company Picnic Specialists offers the following additional picnic concessions: Snow Cone Machine Our snow cone machine includes the machine, 3 syrup flavors, serving cone cups, ice, and attendant. For Servings Up to 200 People $ Popcorn Machine Our popcorn machine concession includes the machine, buttered popcorn, popcorn bags, and attendant. For Servings Up to 200 People $ Cotton Candy Machine Our cotton candy concession includes the machine, flossugar, serving cones, and attendant. For Servings Up to 200 People $ Churro Machine Our churro concession includes the machine, churros, cinnamon sugar, and attendant. 5 Organized Game Packages Approximately 15 games, including the traditional water balloon toss, egg toss, and sack race. All organized games are professionally-staffed and we provide prizes to the winners. We request that all attendees participate; we offer separate games for toddlers, children, and adults. Please note that organized games are only available when using Company Picnic Specialists catering services and are not rented on an individual basis. 6 Team Building Game Package Team building games consists of a series of games, exercises, and challenges which are designed to improve communication and trust amongst employees. Each activity relies on teamwork and strategy making them a valuable addition to any company event. We organize the games, professionally staff them, and provide prizes for the winners. In the spirit of fun, these will surely create lasting memories and promote teamwork in the office. Please note that team building games are only available when using Company Picnic Specialists catering services and are not rented on an individual basis. 7 Irvine Regional Park Activities Irvine Regional Park features activities that will surely add to your group s picnic experience. You may purchase tickets for these activities if Company Picnic Specialists caters your picnic.. 8 Wheel Fun Rentals at Irvine Park Your group can purchase rental coupons to use throughout the day when booking a catered picnic by Company Picnic Specialists. Please note this is only available to events held inside Irvine Regional Park.. 11 Event Locations Irvine Regional Park Reserved Sites Company Picnic Specialists main picnic and event locations are located inside Irvine Regional Park. Irvine Park makes an excellent location because of its scenic 477 acres. Its many activities will keep people of all ages entertained throughout the day. In addition, Irvine Park is centrally-located within Orange County and is easily accessible by all major freeways and toll roads. On-Site Location Company Picnic Specialists mobile operations can travel to any location in the greater Orange County area. We grill your meal on-site and provide fresh and delicious side dishes to round out your plate. In addition to cooking mouth-watering barbecue, we can also provide seating, entertainment, and various activities for your on-site picnic or event. All company picnics outside of Irvine Regional Park require a minimum of 100 people and a travel fee will be assessed. Other Park Locations No matter where the location, we still can produce a spectacular all-inclusive picnic or event tailored to your specific event needs. Some of our popular locations include: Mile Square Park Eldorado Park Yorba Regional Park Mason Park Depending on our availability and schedule, it may be possible to lower your minimum number to 80 people when your picnic is held inside of Irvine Regional Park. 10

14 Company Picnic Specialists Additional Information Company Picnic Specialists is pleased to offer discounts for large groups People For groups of 300 or more, the discount is $0.50 per person People For groups of 500 or more, the discount is $1.00 per person. Picnics are booked on a first-served basis. Peak picnic months are May through September. Picnic dates fill up early. To ensure a picnic on the date of your choice, we strongly suggest you book your reservation with us a minimum of 6 months in advance. For your convenience, Company Picnic Specialists will make your park reservation and book your specific picnic site. We require a minimum of 100 people for all catered events inside Irvine Regional Park. Depending on our availability and schedule, it may be possible to lower your minimum number to 80 people and your picnic must be held inside of Irvine Regional Park. All company picnics catered outside of Irvine Regional Park require a minimum of 100 people and will be assessed a travel fee. Company Picnic Specialists does not provide activities, entertainment or games for picnics or events that we do not cater.
