15 BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS You are required to fill in the attached booking confirmation form to secure your booking. *By filling in this form, you agree to the terms and conditions set out below (Page 15) All bookings are provisional until the event order form is signed and returned with credit card details as a security. Food service will commence at the time specified on the event order. MENU SELECTION Menu selections are required 5 business days prior to your event.
