Otherwise, a fee f $75 will be applied fr the perid r event f which the minimum is nt met. Shuld a Drp Off nly service be requested, the fee will be $19 per delivery.

4 BAR SERVICE Shuld yu decide t ffer ccktails at yur bth, let us measure the best ingredients available chice whisky, rum, gin, vdka, brandies and liqueurs t prperly blend the finest drinks yur guests have ever tasted. Special brands f liqur, wine and beer are available upn yur request. We remind yu that Clrad State law prhibits the serving f alchlic beverages t patrns under the age f 21, and that n alchlic beverages may brught fr cnsumptin int Denver Cnventin Cmplex. Hsted Bar All beverages cnsumed are paid by the hst. Charges are based n cnsumptin. A bartender is prvided free f charge fr each individual bar that psts sales f $400 r mre per 4-hur perid. A $ bartender fee will be applied t each bar failing t meet the $400 minimum sales figure fr the 4-hur perid. After the 4-hur perid, $19 per bartender, per hur applies regardless f the sales. We recmmend ne bartender per 75 guests. 6 FOOD AND BEVERAGE SAMPLING POLICY & GUIDELINES Centerplate Catering retains the exclusive right t prvide, cntrl and retain all fd and beverage services thrughut the facility fr the events and, therefre shall retain any revenue. Cncessins, the sale f alchlic r nn-alchlic beverages, and the prvisin f snacks, treats r candies are included under this prvisin. A cmpany/rganizatin may nt bring any fd, beverages, r alchlic beverages fr use in the hspitality lunge, staff ffices, r backstage areas. All fd and beverage samples r traffic prmters brught int the Clrad Cnventin Center must have apprval frm Centerplate Catering Crpratin in writing prir t the event and adhere t the fllwing guidelines: Fd & Nn-Alchlic Beverage Sampling A cmpany/rganizatin may nly distribute samples f fd and beverage prducts that the cmpany/rganizatin prduces r sells in its nrmal day t day peratins. Samples may nly be distributed in such quantities that are reasnable with regard t the purpse f prmting the merchandise. Fd samples are limited t tw-unce (2) prtins. Samples f nn-alchlic beverages are limited t a fur-unce (4) maximum. A written descriptin (that details the prduct and prtin size t be sampled.) must be submitted in advance t Centerplate Catering. Apprval f sampling arrangements t the sampling cmpany/rganizatin will be prvided in writing nly! Traffic Prmters Traffic Prmters (i.e. cffee, bttled water, candy, ppcrn, etc.) that cmpete with prducts vended by Centerplate Catering must cntact Centerplate Catering t arrange an apprpriate buy-ut fee. Fd Strage, Delivery & Prductin Services If an rganizatin requires fd preparatin, heating, cld r dry strage, r ther kitchen services, arrangements must be made n later than three weeks in advance f the start f the event. Only Centerplate Catering staff may perfrm all preparatin as well as cking within the facility s prductin areas. Charges fr these services will be based n the requirements f the arrangements. Please cntact yur Catering Sales Representative fr mre infrmatin. Nn-beverage & fd vendrs, refrigerated, freezer and dry strage are available fr $10.00 per cubic ft, per day. Any special instructins fr the handling f refrigerated prducts must be prvided at the time f rder. Delivery f any fds and any beverages t the facility must be crdinated with yur Catering Sales Representative. Centerplate will nt assume respnsibility fr incrrectly delivered prducts, damaged prducts at delivery, r inferir prducts. Ice may als be rdered in advance fr delivery t yur bth during the shw fr $10.00 per twentypund bag. Sampling & Dnated Alchlic Beverages Prir t the event, Centerplate Crpratin must have apprved in writing all alchlic beverages used fr sampling and must adhere t the fllwing guidelines: All prducts must be delivered frm a licensed Clrad whlesaler and arrive with an invice priced n less than the laid-in cst t the whlesaler. All deliveries must arrive thrugh the Centerplate Catering purchasing department. Only registered nn-prfit cmpanies/rganizatins may sample dnated prduct. All dnated alchlic beverages must be received frm a licensed Clrad whlesaler. Samples f alchlic beverages are limited t ne-half unce (1/2) f distilled spirits and tw-unces (2) f beer r wine. Centerplate Catering staff must dispense all alchlic beverage samples. The fee fr staff necessary t dispense prducts will be determined by an hurly, per persn rate f $19.00 with a fur-hur minimum. 7 Crkage Fees The crkage fees fr all alchlic prducts (including dnated alchlic prducts) will cver the cst f receiving and strage. Beer: $ fr each Keg, $1.00 fr each bttle Wine: $10.00 per 750 ml bttle Liqur: $10.00 per 500 ml f distilled spirits These fees apply t all alchlic prducts delivered and inviced whether used r unused. The crkage fees fr nn-alchlic beverages will be determined by Centerplate Catering. Prir written apprval is required. (see traffic prmter plicies abve) Fr mre infrmatin n crkage fees and t make the necessary arrangements, cntact yur Catering Sales Representative. Liability All f the afrementined plicies will be strictly administered. Any vilatin f these will result in the remval f prduct frm the shw flr. The sampling cmpany/rganizatin will be fully respnsible fr any and all liabilities that may result frm cnsumptin f their prducts, and shall waive any and all liability against Centerplate Catering, SMG and the City and Cunty f Denver Guarantee & Payment Plicy A depsit f seventy-five percent f the ttal cntract value will be required thirty days in advance f the first functin. The final twenty-five percent remaining balance due shall be paid in full seventy-tw business hurs prir t the start f the functin. A cmpleted Credit Card Authrizatin frm must be prvided by the Custmer as a guarantee f payment fr services rendered. A phtcpy f the frnt and back f the credit card must als be included fr verificatin. Master Card, VISA and American Express are gladly accepted fr ttal charges up t tenthusand dllars ($10,000). Charges ver ten-thusand dllars ($10,000) can nly be prcessed with American Express. A three percent service charge will be assessed t the charged amunts. A statement describing the charges made and services rendered must be signed by representative r agent f the Custmer n the day f the functin. Final payment fr event charges, in additin t thse estimated n this cntract, must be paid at the cnclusin f the event. Final payment will be due n later than ten business days frm receipt f the final invice. Final payment shall be made by a cmpany, certified r cashiers check r will be assessed t the credit card used t authrize the event. In the event the balance wing t Centerplate under this cntract is nt paid within ten days fllwing the functin. Centerplate may apply any final balance due t the credit card used t guarantee payment. Please nte the fllwing: If yu are planning yur event in less than thirty days frm the date f the event, the required depsit will be 100% f the estimated balance due upn signing f the cntract.
