5 Bar Tab We are able to provide your guests with drink you choose to include, to a limit that suits your budget. Drink options are totally flexible to suit you. This is a popular choice for special occasions. Cash Bar Our venue offers a wide range of competitively priced beverages for your and your guests to purchase. 6 We have several spaces available to hire for your function within our venue, offering splendid views and a variety of layout options Currently we offer our CC & Dry Balcony and corporate style Private Function Room that can be hired exclusively. The Main Deck and indoor seating areas can be hired in part or full depending on the function and amount of guests expected. CC & Dry Balcony This balcony has a view over the pacific ocean, and has modern CC & Dry branding with overhead string lights that look stunning on an evening. Perfect place for a relaxed party. Private Function Room. This function room is set up perfectly for corporate dinners and meetings with air conditioning, bar and a screen & white board available. The layout can be changed to suit your needs. This room can also be used for many other functions (and parties) that want to be separate from the main club as well. Main Deck The Main Deck has stunning views overlooking the ocean, right our to the Surfers Paradise skyline and the Gold Coast Hinterland. This area can be hired in sections, or full depending. Seating and layouts are flexible to suit you.

7 Please Note Any booking is made on the understanding that, whilst you are granted the exclusive use of the area that you book, there will be other areas of the club that will still be in use by members and guests. Our licensee trading hours are 10am to 12am Monday-Sunday (at managers discretion, excluding Christmas Day, Good Friday and Anzac Day ad prescribed by the Liquor Act Photo ID is required by all function guests to sign is as we are a licensed club. We retain the right to refuse entry to guests without photographic ID or reciprocal membership cards. Please inform your guests to avoid disappointment. Confirmation and Deposit Confirmation of a function booking must be completed with the function coordinator and accompanied by booking fee where applicable. Management reserves the right to cancel any unsecured bookings, without notice if confirmation has not been received. Cancellation Cancellations of a booking must be in writing. If a cancellation occurs up to 30 days prior to function date your deposit will be reimbursed. Final Numbers Final numbers are due 72 hrs prior to your function. The final numbers that constitutes the minimum number of guests you will be accommodated for is applicable to cocktail packages. Set menu dining option require final numbers 7 days prior to function. If numbers drop after this confirmation you will be charged for the initial confirmed numbers. Payment Full payment of your catering account is to be received 7 days prior to function, when final numbers are confirmed, where applicable. Bar tab payments are able to be settled on the day. If payment is not received 7 days prior, management reserved the right to cancel your booking. Damages and wastage You assume the responsibility for damages caused by yourself and your guests. Leftover food is not permitted to be removed from the premises. We are not licensed to take away. Alcohol and the law Alcohol may only be consumed by patrons over the age of 18. Photo proof of age may be requested at any time by venue staff, wrist bands will only be given to guests over 18 as minor cannot be served at the bar anyway. Responsible service of alcohol laws apply to the entire venue. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service and remove an individual without notice. Music & noise Our license states that amplified music/speakers must not be located on any of the outdoor/deck areas. Amplified entertainment is permitted to be set up inside the venue.
