5 COOKING WITH JUDITH HALF-DAY (2.5-3 HOURS) MIN/MAX OF 12 GUESTS PER SESSION Judith is a former Washington Times Restaurant Critic, a cookbook author, an Award-Winning Food Movie Producer and cooking school teacher. She has hob knobbed with the Mother of Cooking herself, the Julia Childs. Judith has opened up her beautiful historic home in West Palm Beach where she conducts private hands-on cooking classes. Specializing in Mediterranean Cuisine, students can expect to be taught dishes representative of Provence, Middle-eastern and Italy. An example of a French cooking class might be: "A Day in France". Students would learn to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner recipes that would add up to a meal. Local farm fresh ingredients would be used of course and she would try to incorporate the use of a few exotic fruits too that might be new for people to learn about. Other options: Middle eastern/israeli food is so hot right now and Judith can do a Middle Eastern themed class. The Fabulous Market Meal, is a vegetarian meal option with particularly beautiful presentations.

Grandest of all the mansions in Palm Beach, Mar-a-Lago, owned by real-estate developer and current President, Donald Trump, is one of the famed homes to be viewed along the tour. The home is now considered Trump s winter White House.
