The Faculty Club can be reserved for business meetings. Here you can have your meetings, lunches, dinners, get-togethers or any other festive gathering. 2 MEETINGS The Faculty Club has two meeting rooms, which you can find at the entrance on your left hand side. Meeting room 1 has one large fitted boardroom table. Room 2 has separate tables so that its seating arrangement can be changed according to requirements. The meeting rooms have standard facilities such as a beamer, screen, computer, Wi-Fi, fresh coffee and tea and soft drinks upon request. It is also possible to reserve the restaurant (on an exclusive basis) for a meeting. Special terms apply. MEETING PACKAGES Budget meeting package - Use of the meeting room inclusive of all facilities - Reception with coffee, tea and a treat - Unlimited coffee, tea and ice water during the meeting 2-hour package 11,50 per person 4-hour package 17,75 per person 8-hour package 25,00 per person Standard conference package - Budget meeting package, plus: - A wide choice of generously filled rolls, fresh soup, a hot dish, fresh fruit and orange juice and milk. Served in the restaurant or, if required, in the meeting room. - 2-session meeting: in the afternoon break a refreshing bite or smoothie. 4-hour package per person 8-hour package person Luxury meeting package - Budget meeting package, plus: - 2-course lunch menu served in the restaurant or in the meeting room including water and 2 drinks of your choice - 2-session meeting: in the afternoon break a refreshing bite or smoothie. 4-hour package person 8-hour package per person Other information - Other consumptions (possible drinks afterwards, other drinks) will be charged on the basis of subsequent calculation with all packages. - Upon request we can place a soft drink buffet in the meeting room (consumption on the basis of subsequent calculation). - Upon request we have a flip chart available which you can use free of charge. 2

3 - The rent is always included in the rate per person and applies to a minimum group of 8 persons. In the case of fewer people a surcharge of 10,50 per person less is applicable. THE RESTAURANT On working days, during an appointment or as a break during your meeting, you can enjoy a perfect lunch or dinner at the Faculty Club, whether you are just the two of you or larger groups. Our à la carte menu offers you an excellent choice of food. THE A LA CARTE MENU Every season the Faculty Club menu changes and offers various sandwiches, fresh soups and delicious salads. Besides, every month there are different hot dishes and specials of the day to keep surprising you. SUGGESTIONS FOR GROUPS In the case of a larger group (from 6 persons) we would like you to choose from the buffets or menus listed below. Monthly menu lunch and dinner (can be reserved from 6 persons) For groups of more than 6 persons we offer a different menu for lunch and dinner every month. Upon request we can send you the current menu. 4 A. Lunch with sandwiches With this lunch you and your guests are seated at a set table in the restaurant or in the meeting room. The dishes below will be served at table. - Luxurious types of bread and sandwiches generously topped with e.g. smoked salmon, cooked ham, cheese, Serrano ham or a fresh salad of the day - Cup of soup, varies per season - A hot item - Fruit of the season - Milk, fruit juice, coffee and tea per person B. Lunch buffet (can be reserved from 20 persons) With the lunch buffet we can set the tables or you may choose to have an informal walking lunch in the restaurant or in the meeting room. On the buffet we offer a wide choice of products, e.g. as described below: - Various types of bread (both hard and soft) - Toppings such as fresh salad of the day, cheese, cooked ham, veal beef, Serrano ham, various sweet toppings - Cup of soup, varies per season - Seasonal salad - A hot item - Fruit of the season - Milk, fruit juice, coffee and tea per person 4

5 DINNER BUFFET (can be reserved from 20 persons) From a beautiful buffet we offer your guests a dinner buffet. You can choose from the following two options: A. Standard dinner buffet Bread, oil and butter Two starters, inspired by the season Salads and vegetable selected by Chef Two main courses, fish and meat, garnish of the season, delicious sauce per person B. Luxury Dinner buffet Standard dinner buffet, plus: One extra starter, inspired by the season, always includes at least one vegetarian choice One extra vegetable or salad One extra vegetarian main course with garnish of the season per person WALKING DINNER In the case of a large group or if you wish to enjoy your exclusive dinner differently, why not go for a walking dinner. In an informal setting you can either sit down or walk around enjoying lovely drinks and small dishes. It is up to you how extensive you would like your dinner to be. You can have as many as 10 courses, which vary per season of course and our chef is more than happy to advise you with suitable suggestions. 6 BARBECUE The Faculty Club garden with its roofed terrace is excellently suited for a barbecue, at the opening of a university year, at its conclusion or just because it is always so enjoyable. A barbecue is possible for groups of 20 to 300 persons. We have composed 2 packages: A. 7 DESSERTS If so desired, our dinner buffets or barbecue can be extended by a dessert buffet consisting of various sweet delicatessen, cheeses from a farm called de Lindenhoff or a suggestion by our chef.
