5 FAQ HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK MY RENTALS? Bookings are subject to product availability. Once you are firm on your date, reserve your rental items. This will secure the products that you have chosen for your special event. DO YOU OFFER PACKAGE DEALS? No. All of our items are priced individually. This allows each event to be unique. DO I NEED TO CLEAN THE RENTALS BEFORE I RETURN THEM? When renting china, glassware, and/or flatware, we ask that you remove any excess debris by rinsing off the equipment prior to returning. You should not wash these items, as some soaps/detergents may damage the equipment. LINEN CARE If you rented linens, under no circumstances should you wash or dry them. If linens become wet while in your possession, please allow them to air dry before placing the dirty linens in the laundry bags. In addition to mildew customers will be held responsible for the following damages: *Cigarette or burn hole *Staple holes or tears of any kind *Grease & Dirt beyond normal table use *Ink or Dye Stains *Sticky residue left behind from any adhesives / glue or stickers *Any other damage that is beyond repair. HOW LONG IS THE RENTAL PERIOD? In almost all cases, our rental rates are based on a reasonable event period. We recognize that a 24-hour rental window may not make sense if your event occurs over the weekend. We consider Friday to Monday to be the same as a one-day rental. If your event is on a weekday, we will gladly deliver the day before and pickup the day after your event for a one-day charge. CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER WITHOUT BEING PENALIZED? Of course! We recognize that guest counts are likely to fluctuate as the event date approaches. We encourage you to make a best guess estimate when placing your original reservation and make adjustments as you become aware they re needed. Final changes should be made a minimum of two business days prior to the delivery date. Cancellations must be made more than 30 days from your event date to receive any credit. Any cancellations made within 30 days will not be eligible for a refund. DO I GET MY MONEY BACK IF I DO NOT USE THE EQUIPMENT? Rental items are charged for time out, not for use. Once our equipment leaves the warehouse we are not able to rent the items to other customers. Therefore, once the items are in your possession, you must pay for them. WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS WHEN I RETURN MY ORDER? If you have missing or damaged items upon return, you will be informed as soon as possible after your event. If any missing items can be located after the event, we ask that you try to return them within 48 hours. You will be charged the full replacement cost for any items that cannot be located and all damaged / broken items.
