3 What is Bite 2015? Bite 2015 is a major new food festival which will take place in the Main Hall in the RDS from the 19th-22nd November. The event will feature 150 of the best Irish artisan food and drink producers selling, sampling and educating people about their unique products. As well as the exhibitors our visitors will be able to take part in a variety of interactive activities such as demos, cooking classes, weird food challenges and wine & beer tastings. The Organisers We are the organisers behind The National Crafts & Design Fair featuring the Spectacular Christmas Food Emporium. The event attracts 40,000 visitors each year. The Food Emporium showcases 150 artisan food producers and has become a hugely successful part of the overall event. 2015

4 Who should exhibit at Bite 2015? We are looking for artisan food and drink producers so if you make, grow or sell any of the following then Bite 2015 is the event for you: Cheese & dairy products / meat / game / seafood & poultry / baked goods / chocolate / desserts / jams / chutneys / pesto & sauces / organic produce / fruit & vegetables / Free From / gluten free & allergy friendly foods / oils, vinegars & honey / craft beer & cider / spirits / wine & champagne. This list is not exhaustive so if you are an artisan food or drink producer and your product isn t mentioned above then please do still get in touch, we would love to hear from you!

5 The Interactive Element An exciting programme of activities that visitors can get involved in - the purpose of these is to highlight the products of the exhibitors at the event: Visitors can attend cookery demonstrations with some of Ireland s top chefs Cookery and Chef skills classes The Food Bloggers Stage The wine/beer/spirits master class - where you can sample and learn all about your favourite tipple. For early birds this will be a smoothie and juice making feature in the mornings. The weird food challenge - challenging visitors to try unusual foods.

6 To book a stand In order to book a stand, please fill out the booking form on the next page indicating your top 3 preferred stands and return it (by post only) along with a 50% deposit. If we cannot give you one of your top 3 choices then we will get in touch to discuss alternatives Price list for Bite 2015 Stands Price excluding VAT Price including VAT Single stand stands: the first stand is full price and the second stand is HALF PRICE 3 stands: If you book 3 stands the third stand is FREE All stands are 3x2m and the price includes two spotlights, one 6ft trestle e table, name board and carpet. Sockets, 24 hour power, sinks, refrigerators & wifi can all be organised for an additional charge. The discount for multiple stands only applies to individual exhibitors taking more than one stand and not to exhibitors wishing to share stands. If you wish to book more than 3 stands please contact us for a preferential rate. 20% Discount for a single stand at Bite 2015 if you also book a stand at the National Crafts & Design Fair.
