1 General Information Mount Frontenac is a stunning 18-hole golf course that over looks the beautiful Mississippi River Bluffs. We were built in 1984 and offer challenging golf, spectacular views and friendly service. Our recently remodeled clubhouse is perfect for reunions, wedding receptions, and golf tournaments of all sizes. The clubhouse itself will seat 220 people. It has a full bar and gourmet chefs. Mount Frontenac Golf Course is 9 miles south of beautiful Red Wing and 6 miles north of scenic Lake City, Minnesota. Mount Frontenac Golf Course is owned and operated by the Prairie Island Indian Community. 2 Mount Frontenac Letter of Agreement This letter of Agreement is a contract between the Mount Frontenac Golf Course and the group described below in Section 1. The agreement is divided between an information section and a terms and conditions section. 3 Special Instructions: Payment in full is due the day prior to your event. Room Rental for the facility is $1, A flat fee of $75.00 will be charged for cake cutting. A $1, deposit is nonrefundable and is applied to the final billing after the event. All Food and Beverages must be purchased through Mount Frontenac Golf Course, except for the Wedding Cake. Section 2 (a) All arrangements in relation to menu selection must be specified by group at least 10 days in advance (b) Mount Frontenac requires that the number of people who will be in attendance for all food functions be confirmed 10 days in advance. Mount Frontenac will be prepared to serve 5% over the confirmed number. Should the attendance exceed this number, Mount Frontenac will make every effort to properly serve the extra guests. Charges will be based on the confirmed number in the event attendance falls below the confirmed number. (c) All functions are subject to 18% service charge and 7.375% sales tax. (d) Absolutely no alcoholic beverages maybe brought into Mount Frontenac Golf Course by any guests. (e) Guest are not permitted to bring any external food or beverage items into the function rooms with the exception of wedding cakes. (f) Mount Frontenac does not provide any decorations. All decorations must be pre approved through Mount Frontenac. No confetti is allowed as a part of your decorations. Mount Frontenac is not responsible for any items brought in that maybe damaged during the course of your function. (g) If Group cancels the event or moves the event to another facility, the Group will forfeit its deposit. (h) Receptions require an advance deposit of $1,000.00, which is non-refundable. 4 Mt. Frontenac Banquets Thank you for giving us the opportunity to host your function. You ll work side by side with one of our event coordinators to make your event as hassle free and smooth as possible. Let us help you plan your event so when the time arrives you can enjoy the day! Here are a few of the areas we will cover: Food and Beverage We have a basic food and beverage list that we work with, however if there is something that you were interested in but do not see it on our list don t hesitate to ask. It is impossible to list everything, but we have some very talented people that will do the best they can to accommodate your request. Capacity Mount Frontenac s clubhouse will seat 220 people. You do have the option to rent a tent for larger functions. Rental Fees Room Rental Fee is $1, for the entire facility. Linen Fee Basic white linen tablecloths and napkins are included in the room rental. Wedding Ceremony The fee to have your wedding ceremony at Mount Frontenac Golf Course is $ and this does not include the price of rental chairs. Weddings can start no earlier than 4pm.

5 Service Charge and Sales Tax 7.375% sales tax and an 18% service charge will be added to all food and beverage prices. Decorating Our standard decorating only consists of white table linens. You are welcome to decorate for your event, just ask your event coordinator for more details. We ask that no items may be affixed to the walls or windows of the clubhouse and that no confetti is used as part of your decorations. Mount Frontenac Golf Course is not responsible for any items brought in that maybe damaged during the course of your function. Final Counts Final counts for food and beverage are needed 10 days in advance. Please give us the number you have to that point. There will be room to add more, however do not over estimate because you will be billed for the number you give us. Special Requests Please be sure to let us know of any special needs you may have. Whether it s decorating needs or special needs for one of your guests. Billing Information A non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date. Final payment is the day prior to your event.
