3 1900 Clackamette Drive Oregon City, OR Dear Guest, Since 1975, the Rivershore Bar & Grill has been one of Oregon City s premier locations for holiday events, wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, parties and other special occasions. The waterfront location and 1,800 square feet of newly remodeled event space in our Willamette room, combined with our experience and service make the Rivershore a perfect option for your event. We offer a variety of pre-packaged options and can host up to 100 guests. Our facility is conveniently located in the heart of Oregon City on the beautiful shore of the Willamette River. We are adjacent to the Best Western Hotel which allows us to accommodate your guests with parking and travel needs. Our Banquet Room Package is four hours during the day and five hours at night. With our standard banquet, we include linens, dinnerware, and seasonal center pieces, set up, clean up and staff. Chose to have your event in the dining room, deck or banquet room and all you must do is show up and enjoy your special day while we cater to all your needs. Please call with any questions. 4 WELCOME TO THE RIVERSHORE BAR AND GRILL Rivershore Bar & Grill celebrates the end of the Oregon Trail with a beautiful river view, great food and friendly, professional service. Our Private Banquet Room is one of Oregon City s premier locations for hosting special events. Our goal is to help you create an enjoyable experience you and your guests will remember for years to come. GUIDELINES GUEST COUNT Please provide final guest count five (5) business days prior to your event. If separate checks are needed please inform your banquet coordinator. DEPOSITS & FEES A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The Banquet Coordinator will inform you of any other room rental fees. Pricing does not reflect staff gratuity. LOWER PATIO RENTAL REQUIREMENTS The Banquet Coordinator will go over cost, fees, and requirements for Lower Patio Rental. Pricing does not reflect staff gratuity. CUSTOMIZED MENU CARDS Rivershore is pleased to design a custom menu card for your special event when applicable. CANCELLATIONS Deposit is non-refundable. Dates can be changed due to certain circumstances. *Prices Subject To Change

5 PLANNING YOUR EVENT The Rivershore offers a wide variety of event packages to best meet the needs of your occasion. Selecting the perfect menu package is simple and allows you to personalize your experience from start to finish. We re happy to accommodate your party in any way we can, so no matter the size of your event you can except a delightful dining experience. Choose between our beautiful Willamette Room, Dining Room, Patio or deck to host your private event. SELECT YOUR EVENT PACKAGES We have a wide collection of pre-set menus. Please coordinate any customization with your Private Event Coordinator. BAR SERVICE We have full bar service with a variety of drinks from well to premium liquors as well as various beers and wine. DESSERT Select individual desserts to enhance your dining experience. PLATED MENUS Your guests select individually plated salads and entrees. (Recommended for parties of 25 or fewer guests.) BUFFET/FAMILY STYLE You choose an assortment of salads, pastas and entrees from our banquet menu. Meals will be served buffet style.
