3 Function Catering Whether you re after cocktail, buffet or à la carte catering options, the Gladstone Reef Hotel can tailor your function to your needs. The Roof Top Pool and Industrie Nightclub both allow for cocktail functions. The Deck is the perfect place for cocktail and à la carte catering whilst the Bistro is ideal for seated à la carte events. The following catering options can be offered for the venues listed below; Bistro; Buffet/Alternate drop/platter Service The Deck; Alternate drop/platter Service/Buffet/ (à la carte can be ordered off the menu on the evening) Industrie Nightclub; Platter Service Roof Top; Platter Service

No changes to catering can be made after this time. Function food cannot be taken off the premises due to food safety regulations with the exception of cakes which can be packaged and taken off premise upon request.

7 Industrie Nightclub Function Venue Industrie Nightclub This is the lower level of the Gladstone Reef Hotel, perfect for your next cocktail party. Industrie Nightclub can hold up to 200 people for cocktail functions. Function hire includes your own dance floor, complimentary use of the pool table, microphone, PA system and jukebox. Share your favourite moments with your family and friends on our synchronized TV s. Industrie Nightclub is available for hire until 3am Monday Thursday. Hire Industrie Nightclub on Friday nights until 10pm, Saturdays until 9pm and Sundays party on till midnight! Conditions and fees apply. (See page 11) This space also features an outdoor deck area with festoon lights and large sliding windows.

8 Roof Top Pool Function Venue Roof Top Pool Gladstone s best kept secret, the Gladstone Reef Hotel Roof Top Pool boasts harbour and city views as far as the eye can see. The Roof Top Pool is perfect for both day and night time functions. Featuring it s own bar, the roof top can cater for up to 80 people. Plug your own tunes in to our sound system or hire in your own live entertainment and give your next event that VIP feel. The Roof Top Pool can be hired seven days a week until midnight each evening. Conditions & fees apply. (See page 11) In the case of inclement weather, The Deck will be offered as your back up venue.

The Deck offers beautiful sunset views each evening of the Gladstone harbour. Hire in your own live entertainment to really wow your guests. The Deck also features access to your own private D.O.S.A The Deck is available for hire Monday Saturday until 3am and until midnight on Sundays. Conditions and fees apply. (See page 11)

The Gladstone Reef Hotel Bistro can cater for breakfast, lunch and dinner and is suited to catering for up to 110 people buffet or a la carte. The Bistro also features a children s area with interactive entertainment. The Bistro is available for hire until 3am Monday Saturday and until midnight on Sundays. Conditions and fees apply. Your guests will be entitled to our corporate accommodation rate at the time of booking, for the night of your function. Our rooms have been recently renovated and feature modern décor. Gladstone Reef Hotel s 4 star rooms, offer 5 star views harbour side, just request one of our harbour view rooms when booking.
