Each room has extensive luggage storage and wardrobe space and bathrooms all have large showers with hairdryers, toiletries and hotel-style amenities. All rooms have large, shuttered double windows that look over either the central courtyard or street providing the opportunity to soak up the city s vibrant atmosphere. 3 THE LOUNGE The Archbishop Hickey Lounge is an intimate lounge that can be made available for smaller private meetings, a private retreat or breakout room sessions. Located on the 1st floor this elegant room houses a collection of paintings by renowned Australian artists. The lounge can be set up with smaller meeting tables or lecture style, accommodating up to 20 people. 4 COURTYARD & TERRACE Our wonderful outdoor courtyard and cloister can be used by guests and groups for smaller special events. This area can accommodate over 100 guests in a stand-up function and while it is outdoor, it is completely private, surrounded by the walls of the buildings comprising the Domus complex. 5 ROOF TOP TERRACE Our wonderful Cardinal Gilroy Roof Top Terrace is the ideal setting for a gala dinner, cocktail function, intimate birthday dinner or wedding celebration. 6 CARDINAL KNOX CENTRE The Cardinal Knox Centre is a large open conference/event space with high ceilings located in the crypt beneath the Chapel at Domus Australia. It can be set up according to need, either with theatre-style seating or U-shaped tables for seminars or with dining-room style tables for lunches/dinners or other special events. The room is also suitable for a larger cocktail event and able to accommodate approximately 200 people at a standing occasion. 7 CHAPEL OF ST PETER CHANEL Domus Australia has its own beautifully restored Chapel, the Chapel of St Peter Chanel, which is located within the Domus complex. Mass in english, is celebrated daily in the chapel for guests and visitors to Rome. The Chapel is available to groups for special recitals, choral and instrumental concerts, weddings and other cultural events.
