The lab building and west L1 office equal 700 Tons of cooling. One chiller is redundant. Plumbing: There is no natural gas to the building. Office and Lab Building are served off of one 4 DCW line and one fire line. Both enter the east side of the office building. Both buildings are served off one 8 sanitary Telecom The building currently has service from Frontier communications for the fire and life safety systems.
