1 The River Restaurant and Champagne Bar by Mosimann s During Henley royal regatta Mosimann s will open the River Restaurant and Champagne Bar on the banks of The Thames during the Henley Royal Regatta at Temple Island Meadows. From Wednesday 29 th June until Sunday 3 rd July 2016, an 80 seat restaurant will be created, within a marquee setting, enjoying a bird s eye view of the races. Experience the joie de vivre of a light, refreshing summer lunch or delightful afternoon tea with your friends. You can relax and enjoy beautifully presented food, wine and Champagne at Mosimann's stylish River Restaurant. Mosimann s will ensure that a visit to Henley is a memorable gastronomic occasion with summer specialities including lobster, strawberries, an array of salads and seasonal vegetables including freshly picked asparagus and desserts. The Mosimann s Restaurant will be open from 10.30am every day. Wednesday and Thursday last bookings are taken at 4.00pm, Friday and Saturday at 7.00pm and Sunday at 3.00pm. 5 Mosimann s Terms and Conditions By purchasing Mosimann services you are agreeing to Mosimann s Terms and Conditions. Price The Mosimann s Price quoted is inclusive of value added tax (VAT); all other applicable taxes related to the Events shall be paid by the Customer. Terms of Payment and Bookings The payment of the Price in full shall be paid by the Customer on receipt of an booking confirmation and shall be non-refundable. If the Customer fails to pay the Price in full, Mosimann shall be entitled to cancel the Contract and suspend provision of the Hospitality Package and any further Hospitality Packages to the customer. Where cancellation takes place prior to the Event, the Customer shall be liable to Mosimann s for the Price in full and shall not be entitled to a refund of any Price paid. If, for any reason outside the control of Mosimann s, the Event is postponed, cancelled or abandoned (whether wholly or in part) the Customer shall be liable to Mosimann s for the Price in full and shall not be entitled to a refund of any Price paid. The Customer is advised to take out its own insurance to cover such risks and associated costs. Mosimann s has no control over the running of the Event, Venue or Parking and accepts no liability for any acts or omissions on the part of persons organising the Event or operating the Venue or their servants, agents, employees or sub-contractors and makes no representation that any individual artist, performer, player or participant that shall appear at the Event Mosimann s takes no responsibility for private or personal belonging, those are brought in at customer s own risk, Mosimann s will not accept liability for any accident, damage or loss incurred. Security Mosimann s does not take responsibility should Security/Police refuse entry to a guest. In this case, the entire amount is non refundable.
