2 TEXAS ASSOCIATION OF BASKETBALL COACHES PO BOX 2886 SUGAR LAN D, TEXAS Phone: TABC (8222) Fax: m Rick Sherley - Executive Director December 12, 2019 Dear Exhibitor: The annual vendor show of the Texas Association of Basketball Coaches will be held this year on Thursday and Friday, May 16 and 17 at St. Mary s University (One Camino Santa Maria, San Antonio, Texas 78228) in San Antonio Texas. Our host hotel is El Tropicano, and we still have contracts with a couple of hotels that are close to our host hotel and close to the Riverwalk area downtown. We are also giving you the option to stay close to St. Mary s University. The hotels that have given us group rates will be listed on the web site after the holidays. Many of you have exhibited at the TABC Clinic for years and know that it is the largest all-basketball coaching gathering in the nation. Attendance has averaged around 2,000 attendees for the past several years. There is no better place to display your goods and visit with basketball coaches from all over the state of Texas. It is truly second to none. Enclosed is a map of the booths. Please note that the price is based on location. Each 10x10 booth will have a draped table, two chairs and a sign. Extra materials such as tables and chairs may be ordered at your own expense if you will notify Freeman Decorating at (210) As part of the booth rental agreement, each vendor must provide one door prize for the clinic. This is a good way to advertise your products. You will be able to set up your exhibit beginning at 8 a.m. on Thursday, May 16. Exhibits open at noon on Thursday, May 16 and can remain open until approximately 7PM that evening. Exhibits reopen on Friday, May 17 at 8AM and can remain open until approximately 2PM that day. We do not have exhibitors on Saturday. Please list your top three choices of booths by number. When we receive your payment we will place you in the best booth available based on your preference.
