7 CATERING REQUIREMENTS Hillstone St Lucia has a wonderful range of catering menus and packages to suit your event requirements. You also have the option to create your own menu and beverage packages - our team is extremely flexible so just ask us! PARKING If you are attending an event at Hillstone St Lucia parking is complimentary in the main car park or on the grassed area allocated. If you are a guest of hundred acre bar or a golfer parking is located up the hill and park in the top car parks located near the hundred acre bar or the pro shop. When our car park is full some streets around St Lucia have a two hour limit for parking between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday. LOADING DOCK The loading dock ramp is located at the back of the function venue, and must be used during equipment bump in/bump out into the Grand View Room. LIVE ENTERTAINMENT POLICY Hillstone St Lucia is a Function Venue located in a residential area. Whilst we enjoy being able to host many forms of live entertainment, we are required by law to abide by the conditions imposed on us by the Liquor Licensing Division. These conditions and noise levels have been set by Liquor Licensing after professional acoustics tests and reports have been conducted. For further details regarding these policies please ask for more information. LOCATION Situated just 6 km from Brisbane CBD and close to The University of Queensland, Hillstone St Lucia is easy to get to by driving, walking, cycling or public transport. Car or taxi From the city via Coronation Drive: follow Coronation Drive through Benson Street and Gaily Road until you get to the Gaily Five-ways roundabout. Turn left and immediately turn right into Indooroopilly Road. Drive 100 metres to the next roundabout, and turn left into Carawa Street. The Hillstone St Lucia entrance is on your right. Travel time is approximately 10 minutes. Public transport We are mins leafy walk from Indooroopilly Station along Lambert Road, or take the 432 (Kenmore) bus from the eastern side of Indooroopilly Station. Alternatively take a 411 (University of Qld) bus from the city to Hawken Drive. Travel time is approx. 30 mins from the CBD but check departure times for early morning services.
