3 Conveniently located just off junction 11 on the M65, the Coppice Suite is perfectly situated for off-site meetings and conferences from 2 to 40 people. Simply tell us your requirements and let our experienced staff look after your every need, while you get on with the business at hand. Whether you are wanting to impress new clients, organise luxury team building exercises or simply having a much-needed catch up with colleagues, we have a package to suit your requirements. This could even include a trip to our award-winning Woodland Spa after your meeting, in order to unwind from the day and finish on a relaxing note. On the following page there are the details of what we have to offer, but should you have any questions or queries, please do not hesitate to ask, as we are always looking for ways to improve our services.

4 FACILITIES AVAILABLE ACROSS EVERY PACKAGE: Beautifully furnished, modern, functional room with seating for up to 40 delegates comfortably in conference-style, or up to 24 delegates comfortably in boardroom-style Dedicated and Experienced Conference Organiser Ample free parking Disabled access and facilities throughout the building Lift from Bertram s restaurant directly into the Coppice Suite Complimentary wi-fi We have conference call facilities available at a daily rate of 30 (for domestic calls) Flip charts are available for 15 each per day Pads and pens supplied for every delegate Dedicated bar, staffed on request, with full range of spirits, beers and soft drinks Air-conditioning and lighting controlled by the guests Private toilet facilities for the guests, including disabled access Music system with USB and ipod connections, along with the old-fashioned facilities for CDs and radio Large, wall-mounted flat screen monitor with HDMI, USB, and VGA connection ports

7 BEDROOMS: IN ADDITION TO OUR CONFERENCE, LEISURE AND SPA FACILITIES, WE ALSO HAVE SEVERAL LUXURY BEDROOMS AVAILABLE ON-SITE. These are perfectly positioned for overnight conferences, or should you want to book for a special corporate guest you are hosting. All decorated to the highest standards, with either kingsize or twin single beds, walk-in bathrooms and all the latest conveniences, we are confident that this will finish off the day perfectly.
