4 THE CLASSIC FESTIVE MENU Our Festive Menu has classic dishes and gourmet treats to ensure that all of our guests enjoy a fantastic meal as part of the seasonal celebrations. The menu can be tailored for private parties in Sonoma or the Lagan Suite. STARTERS Cream of leek and potato soup Hoi-Sin dressed duck salad with spring onions, cucumber, young leaves and a crisp pastry croute Selection of Warm Rustic Breads MAIN COURSES Turkey and cured ham with a sage and onion stuffing, smoked bacon chipolatas and a roast turkey gravy Roasted sirloin of Northern Irish beef with a pepper and brandy cream sauce Baked cod fillet with a parsley and chive cream sauce and roasted chorizo (optional without chorizo) The above main courses are served with duchesse potato, gratin potato and honey roasted Comber vegetables Roasted pepper filled with spiced vegetable kadai served with coriander rice and poppadums (Vegan) DESSERTS Sticky toffee pudding with dairy ice cream and butterscotch sauce Iced blackcurrant, meringue and mascarpone parfait with a raspberry snap White chocolate caramel pyramid with chocolate and burnt orange sauce JOIN A FESTIVE PARTY IN THE LAGAN SUITE Join one of our big banquets in our fabulous Lagan Suite. Final balance is due on Friday 3rd November. Once the final balance has been paid, all monies are neither refundable nor transferable if numbers are reduced. Corporate discount or discount cards do not apply to any functions in either the restaurant or function suites. Hilton Belfast reserves the right to cancel an event. In this eventuality a full refund will be given or an alternative date or location will be offered. Bookings made within two weeks of the event date require immediate full payment to confirm your place. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable at the current rate and are subject to availability.
