3 NOSH RENOVATION MASTER PLAN For those who don t know, Nosh has a master plan for the following: Removal of False Wall - in front of the Nosh Deli Counter and install electrical for a new salad bar. New Carpet Install - Carpet is being installed over the slate floor throughout the lower level of the community center by the Nosh & Treats Area. The Space in front of Treats, known as the Winter Garden area will also have a leveling surface applied over the slate so that carpet can be installed on top. New Salad Bar - Next up is the installation of a salad bar unit in front of the Nosh restaurant counter. As this is a custom design, we are waiting for this to be manufactured. Seating - As you will see on Page 4, Nosh master plan will be for 83 seats in that space. As of now, Nosh routinely serves 70 guests per night with Shabbat dinners exceeding 100 guests. We need to expand the seating of this space and make it more functional. Equipment - Now that Joel and Sal have the final design plan from the architectural firm Demilla Shaffer, we are ready to proceed with getting quotes to renovate the equipment on the Nosh restaurant line. Including a hood system for proper ventilation for an action station style service (including Fish Night). Calendar Of Events January 29- Feb 8: Carpet installation in the Nosh & Winter Garden Limited menu will continue through this weekend till Wed January 30 th CENTRO REOPENING WEEK February 4: Birthday Night Celebration, Nosh Texas Roadhouse Dinner with Specialty Jack Daniels Beef Ribs Centro will be closed for renovation. Take out: available through the Nosh February 5: Centro Grand Reopening 4pm-6pm Jazz Trio. Ribbon Cutting 5pm. Terrace Room, Chinese New Year complimentary appetizers at celebration February 6: Nosh Asian Night buffet with Handmade egg rolls and Complimentary Mai Tais. February 7 : Lets Connect on the Roll Out at the community meeting. Complimentary glass of champagne February 8: Celebrate Centro Reinvention Celebration Complimentary cake for dessert
