Personal liquor is not permitted on the premise. All hours of service are related to the approved liquor license. Consumption of personal liquor is not permitted on the premises or in the parking lot. Abuse of alcohol privileges may result in closure of the bar, and the function will be terminated. All guilty parties may be required to vacate the premises. Photo ID is required for all persons appearing 25 years old or younger. Beverage service ends a half hour prior to event closure. Lynnwood Ranch reserves the right to close the beverage service early if less than 15 attendees are onsite. Disposable liquor and beer glasses, ice and standard beverage mix is included in prices quoted. Beverage Service must be accompanied by a substantial meal. Homemade wine is not permitted at Lynnwood Ranch. Lynnwood Ranch supplies all bartenders. Bartenders are Pro Serve Certified. Beverage tickets purchased are non-refundable. Prices subject to change based on the product market prices. One individual of authority representing the client is required to remain until closing to ensure your guests are traveling home safely. 4 TERMS & CONDITIONS RESERVATIONS Lynnwood Christmas Evening Events are multi-user programs. All reservations made are subject to the Terms & Conditions listed. Multi-Group (two or more organizations in the venue) No minimum required. Seating capacity is for 350 guests. Friday Exclusive: Minimum guarantee of 150 applies Saturday Exclusive: Minimum guarantee of 250 applies Sunday Exclusive: Minimum guarantee of 100 applies DEPOSIT A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation at Lynnwood Ranch. The reservation deposit of 25% of the estimated cost of the event, is due within five business days of the contract issue date otherwise reservation can be released without notice. INVOICE AND PAYMENT Lynnwood Ranch will invoice the customer based on the guaranteed number and services provided. Final payment for evening events will be collected in advance of the event. 100% Payment of the guaranteed numbers is required. Method of payments accepted are: Cash, Cheque, E-transfer, Visa or Mastercard. All payments are payable to Lynnwood Ranch. Credit Card payments accepted by or telephone Convenience Fee of 2% will be charged. CANCELLATION POLICY If the client cancels the event, the deposit paid is non-refundable. If the event is cancelled within 60 days prior to the event date the client will be responsible for all costs incurred, and may be subject to a cancellation fee at the discretion of Lynnwood Ranch. GUARANTEED NUMBERS The customer must advise in print to Lynnwood Ranch the guaranteed number of individuals that will be attending the function, five working days prior to the event date. If no guarantee is received Lynnwood Ranch will assume the guaranteed number to be the estimated number given by the customer at time of reservation. The customer will be invoiced for the guaranteed number or actual number served, whichever is greater. PRICING Pricing for all events will be at list prices on the day of the event. All prices are subject to change due to increase in product market prices and will be confirmed not earlier than two weeks prior to the event date. GST is additional to prices listed. Menu prices quoted are per person per serving. The Staffing Fee of 18% is included in the package price. Food Service All events are served as a buffet on china with stainless steel cutlery unless otherwise noted. Seating is 8 persons per table. PHOTOS Photo s of your event may be use in Lynnwood Ranch s social media or promotional material unless the client expresses otherwise / Facebook: Lynnwood Ranch & Ranch BBQ

5 REMAINING FOOD In accordance with Health Regulations, food left over after the completion of meal service will remain the property of Lynnwood Ranch. DAMAGE The customer is responsible for any damages to Lynnwood Ranch premises by customer s guests, agents or independent contractors of customer during the period that Lynnwood Ranch premises are under customer s reservation or control. The customer will be invoiced directly for the damages. LOSS Lynnwood Ranch will not be responsible for damage to or loss of any articles left by customer or customer s guests in the facility prior to, during or following any function. Any articles or goods left at the ranch will be held for 30 days. They are then turned over to a charitable organization within the community. TIMELINES Start and finish times stipulated must be strictly adhered to. Complete event timeline is found in the pricing information. NOTE: If the client fails to meet the scheduled time lines on the event day then Overtime Incurred is invoiced at $ per 15 minutes. ROOM SETUP If the room set-up has to be changed from what had originally been specified, a labor fee of $100 will apply DECORATIONS All decorations are to be approved by Lynnwood Ranch. Confetti and/or table sparkles are not allowed at Lynnwood Ranch. Should it be used a cleaning charge of $150 will be applied. Prior to departure the client must remove all decorations. COMPLIANCE All facility rental commitments are made subject to client s compliance with the Terms and Conditions of Lynnwood Ranch. AGREEMENT The performance of this agreement is contingent upon the ability of Lynnwood Ranch to complete the same and is subject to weather, government restrictions, acts of god, and other causes beyond control of Lynnwood Ranch preventing or interfering with performance whether enumerated herein or not. In no circumstances shall Lynnwood Ranch be liable for loss or profit or for other similar consequential damages, whether based on breach of contract, warranty or otherwise. UNFORESEEABLE CIRCUMSTANCES If for any reason Lynnwood Ranch is unable to perform the services as set out in the contract due to unforeseeable circumstance (weather, power outages, etc), Lynnwood Ranch reserve the right to contact the Conveyor and make alternate arrangements. PETS Are not permitted onsite. PARKING Vehicle parking is in designated areas only. OFF LIMIT AREAS Only the facility rented is for public access all other areas of the ranch are off limits; as posted with signage.
