Final payment will be due on or prior to the day of the event. We accept Cash, Visa, and MasterCard. Sorry, no personal checks for final payments. All food and beverage prices are subject to 20% Service Charge and all applicable state and local sales tax. Deposits will be applied to the remaining balance or returned within 15 days following the event. Cancellations Once an event is booked all deposit become non-refundable. We understand that life happens, so cancellations will be reviewed on a case by case basis to determine refund eligibility. Food & Beverage The Copper Mine offers a wide range of menu selections from formal dinners to informal hors d oeurves receptions. Our professional and friendly banquet staff is prepared to accommodate any of your menu needs. All menus and guarantees MUST be confirmed two weeks prior to an event. Any changes to guarantees or contracts made within two weeks prior to an event may incur additional charges. The Copper Mine reserves the right to cancel or deny service to any group, company, or individual(s) that fails to comply with any rules set forth by this contract. No outside food or beverages may be brought in to The Copper Mine. A fully staffed sit-down meal can be arranged for an additional $4.25/person; the menu is priced for buffet style service. Please remember that buffet style does not mean unlimited food. Please be sure to plan accordingly for your guests.

7 Rental Policies Fees and Incidentals Pets are not allowed on The Copper Mine property. Taking over of the main dining room or bar is prohibited. Please note that all room rentals are based on four-hour time blocks, as stated in the pricing guide. Additional hours or altering the time blocks could incur an additional fee. If your party is larger than the final number guaranteed to us, The Copper Mine will not be responsible for less than satisfactory service due to an insufficient amount of staff available. Decorations In most cases, the Gathering Room is available one hour prior to your event to allow for decorating. Decorators must follow The Copper Mine decoration policies. Absolutely no tape, staple, or nails are to be used on any Copper Mine interior walls or wood trim. In the event that such materials are used which cause damage to The Copper Mine s interior, a minimum charge of $50.00 will be applied to the final bill. NO BUBBLES, GLITTER, CONFETTI, SEED, RICE, SILLY STRING, or SHREDDED MATERIALS are permitted in or outside of the facility. In the event that these materials are used, there will be a charge of $ applied to your final bill. All decorations must be removed immediately following the conclusion of an event. This also includes items that other vendors bring into our venue. A $ storage fee will be applied to the final bill for items left overnight, and The Copper Mine will not be responsible for items left after an event and do not guarantee the safety of these items. The Copper Mine will provide cleanup assistance for an additional $75. Outside Vendors We will require the name and phone number of each outside vendor hired for services at The Copper Mine. They will be required to sign a waiver and speak with the Banquet Manager about site rules and expectations. The Copper Mine reserves the right to deny any group, company, or individual(s) that does not complete the waiver or comply with venue rules. Smoking Policy The Copper Mine is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Failure to comply by ANY attendees at your event will result in LOSS OF DEPOSIT, and extra charges may be incurred. Event Day Parking We ask that all event guests park at the park across the street, on side streets, or in the lot next door.

The applicant/undersigned must be 21 years of age, and place required deposit with The Copper Mine the day this contract is submitted. All deposits are non-refundable. The undersigned further states that he/she has the authority to make this application and agrees the applicant will observe all regulations set forth by The Copper Mine. Furthermore, The Copper Mine is not responsible for lost or stolen property during or after the event and The Copper Mine is hereby released from any injuries which may occur while on said premises. The applicant/undersigned agrees to conform by Copper Mine regulations stated in the information packet.
