4 441 RICHMOND ST,, ON CATERING RULES & REGULATIONS We thank you for choosing Moxie`s to host your upcoming function. In order to ensure a successful event, please allow us to provide you with the following catering information: FOOD & BEVERAGE The menus in our package are suggested selections: Our Executive Chef would be pleased to customize menus to suit any taste and occasion (minimum of 25 guests). Prices do not include 15% service charge or applicable government taxes on all food and beverage. All off site events are subject to a 15% transportation fee. In compliance with health regulations, no food or beverage may be brought into or removed from the banquet area. We are pleased to offer special dietary menus. Please discuss any requirements with your Catering Manager. Please ensure that the Catering Manager is aware of all allergies in your group a minimum of five (5) business days prior to your function. There is a minimum guest requirement for all plated meals. Please discuss with your Catering Manager. Multiple entrees may be selected (entrees ONLY) with a maximum of 2 choices; $2.50 per additional entrée per person will apply. Orders must be received a minimum of five (5) business days prior to your function. All catered food and beverage served is to be provided by Moxie s, with the exception of wedding cakes. A service charge will apply. Buffet products will be displayed for a maximum of one and a half hours at any function to ensure the quality and integrity of the product. If you wish to serve your wedding cake as a plated dessert, one or more sheet cake versions must be supplied for plating purposes. The kitchen will include a garnish. A $2.50 per plate service charge will apply. Should you wish to provide your wedding cake for self-service, our chefs will pre-cut your cake for a $20 flat fee. FUNCTION GUARANTEE The catering department must be notified of the guaranteed number of guests attending the function(s) no later than five (5) business days prior to the event. Should no guarantee be received, Moxie`s shall charge for the original numbers quoted and the customer shall hereby undertake to pay for the expected number or actual number served, which ever is greater. Your guaranteed number of guests cannot be decreased by more than 25% of your expected number of guests. Billing will reflect whichever number is greater.
5 441 RICHMOND ST,, ON START AND FINISH TIMES If applicable, the space is only booked for the time indicated on your function contract. Set-up and dismantling times are to be specified at the time of booking. Starting and end times cannot be altered unless authorized by management in advance. DEPOSITS AND METHOD OF PAYMENT - CORPORATE / EVENTS Full payment is due 5 business days prior to event unless previous credit arrangements have been established. With credit arrangement payment must be made within 21 days of the event. The event must be guaranteed by pre-approved credit card or pre-approved Credit account set up through the Catering Manager and/or hotel. Please allow two weeks to set up a credit account. A minimum $ deposit is required for all private functions without a purchase order. Deposits are refundable on written cancellation of at least 30 days prior to the function. DEPOSITS AND METHOD OF PAYMENT - WEDDINGS A deposit of $ is due to reserve your date. Event may be cancelled six (6) months prior for a full refund. Additional payment is due 6 months from date to 50% of forecasted revenue. 25% is due 30 days from your date. Balance is due 5 days from your date. These are guidelines, Your Event Specialist will work with you on specific terms. CANCELLATION Cancellation of a confirmed booking less than 30 days from the event will incur a cancellation penalty; 7-14 days 25% of anticipated F&B; 3-6 days 50% of anticipated F&B; Less than 72 business hours 100% of anticipated F&B sales. LIABILITY Moxie`s is not responsible for any lost or stolen equipment or property left on the property. Conveners are recommended to take out their own insurance.

This includes wine chilling, opening and placement of wine and glasses. CORKAGE SERVICE When Guests provide all liquor and Prime provides portable bars Partial Corkage $4.50 Full Corkage $6.00 * Prime Catering will discuss Corkage Service with your groups booking agent to ensure all expectations are established. All bars include the following standard items; rye, gin, white & dark rum, vodka, scotch, domestic beer, and house wine. Bar mixesinclude; orange juice, clamato juice, lime juice, cranberry juice, regular and diet soft drinks, and water. Please ask for pricing on premium products. Note: A bartender charge of $14.99 per hour (minimum of 4 hours) will be applied if sales are less than $ In addition, a ticket seller charge of $14.99 per hour (minimum of 4 hours) will apply for cash bars if so desired. Unlimited Non-Alcoholic Drink Pricing: $2.50 per guest unlimited soft drinks, selected juices, coffee and tea for the entire evening. Alcohol Service Policy: It is the policy of Sandman Hotels & Prime Catering to serve alcoholic beverages in a responsible and professional manner at all times. We shall adhere to all applicable laws and regulations as they pertain to the service of alcohol to under age or intoxicated persons.
