The Bended Elbow is available for all functions whether it s a cocktail party, birthday, engagement, conference, product launch, meeting, business or social event, we can make it happen. With a range of diverse and unique event spaces such as The Rooftop Bar, The Backyard Balcony, The Cocktail lounge, One Nightclub, The Ale House or The Front Room we can take a small idea and make it a big reality.

Features include beautiful high quality plush furnishings, full bar facilities Holds The Rooftop Bar is a beautiful open air space that has been architecturally designed and is on top of The Bended Elbow away from the hustle & bustle of the street. Features include numerous areas for gatherings of all sizes, an extensive bar, overhead gas heating and state of the art audio equipment. Holds 120 seated or up to 250 standing. A hidden gem in the heart of Albury s CBD located on the second floor of The Bended Elbow, you can forgive yourself for thinking that you were in Albury but arrived in Melbourne. The Cocktail Lounge is available for an array of different functions. 5 EQUIPMENT & SERVICES Equipment and services hire allows you to crate your special night that has that extra impact. Below are prices to make it easy to create a night leaving you to relax and enjoy your own event without the hassle. Please feel free to speak with our function coordinator for a personalised function pack Hire a DJ $250 As part of hiring the cocktail lounge you have the unique opportunity to hire one of the several DJ s The Bended Elbow employs, with this comes all lighting and lighting effects Themed Nights Why not speak to our function coordinator and let them create the night of your life. We can also do team building activities. Prices on request. Super heros, Pirate, 70 s, 80 s,90 s, Burlesque, Karaoke. Personal mixologist For something different let our award winning mixologist create a list of cocktails for your function, they will offer you personalised service to create a flawless result Juke Box $250 Play list s from every era and will cover all your music tastes, updated monthly Photo Booth $450 On the night of the event, photos are printed up straight away on 6x4 photographic paper.. After the event Carolyn posts out a CD with each individual photo taken as a digital file along with the files of the photos printed on the night. You are supplied with props for more fun at no extra cost. Audio & Projector Equipment Microphone $45, Projector $60, ipod $60 Cake cutting $30 Chef s will cut your cake and present on a platter for your guests to enjoy

6 TERMS & CONDITIONS page 1 Deposit A deposit of $200 is required for confirmation of your booking if no deposit is provided this may affect your booking. Your deposit will be deducted from your account or refunded to you on the night. However if 50 percent or more of your guests do not attend your function your deposit will not be returned to you. Cancellations If your function is cancelled 28days prior to your function and the space can be re booked you will receive a full refund, however if the area cannot be re booked you will forfeit your deposit. Confirmation of numbers The Bended Elbow requires confirmation of numbers two weeks before your function this also includes all catering requirements. Any changes to this must be confirmed with the Function coordinator. Payment Full function payment must be received no later than the day of the function. Payment can be made by cash, credit card, eftpos or company cheque (on approval). Minimum Spend and Minimum Numbers A minimum spend of $5000 or 150 full paying guests is required for booking the entire beer garden. A minimum spend of $1000 or 50 full paying guests is also required for a private selection of the beer garden. A 50 percent deposit may be required for booking one or all of these areas, this will be determined by the Function coordinator Lost Property The Bended Elbow will not accept any responsibility for any damage or loss of property left on the premises prior, during, or after the function. This responsibility lies solely with the client, Minors Please note that due to Liquor Licensing laws, minors (under 18) are only able to stay in a private function area until 10pm. During this time they must remain in the function area and under parental supervision at all times and must abide by Liquor Licensing laws.

7 Security The Bended Elbow reserves the right without liability to exclude or manage patrons who breach any policies or legal responsibilities whilst on or prior to entering our venue. A security charge may apply for some functions / occasions, such as 18th Birthday s. In the case of security being required at an event the cost of the contracted security will be borne by the client of the venue. Damage The client is financially responsible for any loss sustained to the venue including damage to the premises, its fittings, equipment and grounds. The organisers of the function are also responsible for damage caused by their guests, out-side contractors or agents, prior to, during or after the event. Prices Prices in the Function Packages information are correct at the time of printing. Every effort is made to ensure prices remain as printed however these may be subject to change without notice at Management s discretion. All pricing is inclusive of GST. Dress Code Smart, neat casual at all times to enter the venue; however dress standards are to be appropriate to the requirements of the function.
