Our chefs draw their inspiration from our unique location, our proximity to the Exmouth Gulf and expansive pastoral grazing areas to create a tantalising fare from the land and the sea. Catering packages vary from stand up cocktail style events, buffet style dining or fully serviced table d hote dining with a set menu. These menus can be tailored to suit the location within the Novotel Ningaloo Resort where you choose to hold your event. Locations on offer include our Poolside area, Mantaray s Restaurant, Mantaray s Terrace, the Lily Pond Lounge and Terrace or our Function Room. You may choose a cocktail event poolside, or a buffet on the Terrace the wide array of options allow you to create a truly unique experience for your event. Should you have any special requests regarding your menu, please speak with your event coordinator who will discuss these with our kitchen team. Dietary requirements are taken into consideration when preparing all of our menus, with gluten free (GF) and vegetarian (V) items highlighted. We ask for any dietary requirements to be submitted to your coordinator prior to your event. Novotel Ningaloo Resort also caters for children, with children s menus and high chairs available on request.

20 INFORMATION APPLICATION FORM Function Terms and Conditions Deposit A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all functions. Catering Menu selections are due 30 days prior to function. Numbers Final numbers are due 14 days prior to function. Payment Final invoice will be issued by our function co-ordinator 14 days prior to function. Final payment is due 7 days prior to function. Cash, Eftpos, Credit Cards or direct bank transfer can be used as method of payment. All credit card transactions will incur a 1.5% credit card surcharge. Cancellation Cancellations within 14 days of function will incur a 50% charge of the total function cost. Cancellations within 7 days of function will incur 100% charge of the total function cost.
