5 MARTA Inspired by the rustic tradition of Roman pizzerie, occupies the hotel s lobby and provides custom menu packages for all private events. Marta features an energetic open kitchen with two wood-burning ovens and an open-fire grill taking center stage. The kitchen creates fresh takes on classic pizza standbys as well as original inventions showcasing seasonal and local ingredients. Meats, fish, and vegetables are kissed by fire over open embers, celebrating the Italian tradition of cooking alla brace. The beverage menu showcases Italian and local craft beers as well as an all-italian wine list and seasonal cocktails. Designed by Annabelle Sellforf, Martha exudes warmth, and communal energy, and serves as a central gathering place for its community. PRIVATE DINING ROOM Marta s intimate private dining room is the perfect space for all occasions, from business meetings to celebratory dinners with state of the art audio visual capabilities.
