7 Comparative Adjectives: adjectives that compare two or more nouns. Ex. That dog is prettier than my dog. I can run faster than my friends. This movie is more exciting than the last one. Superlative Adjectives: describe nouns as having the greatest of the mentioned quality. Ex. That dog is the prettiest. I can run the fastest of my friends. This movie is the most exciting. 6

8 Please note Comparative to Superlative form: Regular Adj. - drop the -r ending & add st.
