1 Jugendhotel berlincity from A to Z Arrival We guarantee the availability of the rooms latest by 20:30 pm. Bar Our bar at the reception is open daily from 12:00 pm until 02:00 am. Billard / Pool Our pool table is located on the first floor in our large seminar room and may be used, if the room is not booked, daily until 00:00 am. Cues and balls are available at the reception against a deposit of Euro. Books You may borrow books from the shelves in our large seminar room on the first floor at any time. Please return them, so other guests can also enjoy reading. Breakfast Our breakfast buffet is available Monday through Friday from 07:00 am until 11:00 am and on weekends from 07:00 am to 12:00 pm in the breakfast restaurant (Mensa) on the first floor. Buddy Bears You will find these cute souvenirs in various showcases in the hotel. These can be bought at the reception. Credit cards We accept all major credit cards, except American Express. Departure Please vacate your room on the day of departure until 10:30 am. Should you need the room longer, please inform the reception staff one night in advance. Drinks Coffee, tea, soft drinks as well as alcoholic beverages are available at the bar next to the front desk. Beer and other drinks low in alcohol are served to guests from the age of 16. All other spirits are only available to hotel guests older than 18 years. DVD In our lounge on the first floor, you will find a wide selection of movies. These can be shown or borrowed against a deposit of Euro. Electrical Devices Our standard voltage is 220 volts AC. If you need an adapter, please contact the reception. Fax / Photocopy Our reception staff is happy to make copies for you. Black and white copies are free, for up to 3 pages. From the fourth page on, we charge 0.10 Euro per copy. The fax costs 0.20 Euro per page. Fire Extinguisher Please acknowledge the plan for escape routes and the location of fire extinguisher on your room door. Hairdryer You are welcome to borrow hairdryers from the reception for free. Housekeeping Your room will be cleaned daily. Iron and Ironing Board An iron and an ironing board are available upon request. Journals / Magazines Journals and magazines are available for free in the lobbies. Luggage We are happy to help you with carrying your luggage. Storage space for your luggage is available at the reception. Movies / Sport Events Every evening we offer one selected movie to watch in our lounge downstairs. If there is a certain movie or special event you would like to watch, please inform our staff at the reception. Reception The reception is occupied from 08:00 am until 04:00 am and be reached by phone under (030) hours. Video Games In our lounge on the first floor a Nintendo, Wii and X-Box is available. If you like to play a video game, please inform our staff at the reception. A deposit will be required. WiFi Free WiFi is available in the lounges as well as in some rooms. Also an internet terminal (for a fee) is available at the reception. The access codes are provided by the reception staff. Safe For rooms without a private safe: A safe is available at the reception (free of charge). Sanitary Products / Hygiene Articles Sanitary products as well as hygiene articles for women are available at the reception. Shoe Cleaning Kit A shoe cleaning kit is available at the reception. Sightseeing Information and tips for sightseeing in Berlin are gladly provided by our reception staff. Sweets Sweets as well as soft drinks are available at the reception and at the vending machines in the lounges.
