7 Group Booking Terms & Conditions Imptant, please read carefully GROUP BOOKINGS & GUESTS NUMBERS: If your party is proving popular and your numbers are increasing you have lost a few guests along the way please give us at least 24 hours notice. Please note that any substantial increase in guest numbers is subject to availability any decreases would be charged 10 per person without 24 hours notification on the credit card provided. If you choose to make your group bookings you will need to complete the online fm which will be ed to you. Once the restaurant has received the details, they will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your booking. DEPOSITS, CANCELLATION & NO SHOWS: We require at least 48 hours notice via if you need to cancel your group - bookings. If you don t have access to the internet, please call the restaurant and speak to the manager on duty to cancel your reservation. Please note - During the Christmas period between the last week of November and the last week of December Cancellation of a confirmed booking must be made in writing at least 1 week pri to the event (via letter) kazan.sw1@gmail.com - please be aware we require a cash deposit card details. Deposits, Cancellations & No shows will be charged 10 per person on the payment method used. The reservation will be held f 15 minutes and released after 15 minutes if NO SHOW not infmed about late arrival. RUNNING LATE: If you are going to be late please call the restaurant and let them know. If you are me than 15 minutes later than your booking time and have not notified us, we may have to give your table to other guests. ROOM PRIVATE HIRE & DEPOSIT: Kazan has three different dining rooms f private hire; semi/private hire of any of these rooms shall be subject to a minimum spend. Ottoman Lounge 1750, Harem Room 2250, Main Room 4000 and f the exclusive use of Kazan The minimum spend agreed is to be honoured irrespective of fluctuations in guest attendance. F private hire a deposit of 50% of the minimum spend will be payable to confirm a reservation. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposits will be deducted from the final bill and the outstanding balance must be settled in full at the end of the event. If a company invoice is required, the whole balance would have to be pay in full befe the event. The credit card consent fm must be completed in full to settle the deposit CONFIRMATION: All bookings are provisional until we receive a signed copy of the group booking reservation sheet, credit card consent and the deposit, which we shall receive at least 14 days pri to the date of the event (except in December where there shall be 4 weeks), otherwise your provisional booking will be released. GUEST NUMBERS Final numbers must be confirmed 48 hour pri to the event. Should your party subsequently reduce in size after confirmation; the iginal number of guests that were booked will be charged. EXCLUSIONS & RESTRICTIONS: All guests must der food, unftunately we do not cater f drinks only. No food/beverages except those supplied by Kazan Restaurant are permitted to be consumed on the premises. FINAL BILL & DAMAGES: The authising signaty of the big booking will be responsible f the action and behaviour of all members of the group. Kazan Restaurant reserve the rights use the credit card provided to recover the cost f any damag es/losses/any shtfalls in the final bill. PARTY CAKE &PARTY DECORATION: Due to Health & Safety regulations, we are no longer able to accept any food beverage items from outside including birthday cakes. If you are having a party at Kazan Restaurant and would like to bring your own cake please phone the restaurant at least 24 hours in advance and speak to the manager on duty. Alternatively, we do offer a selection of desserts f you to choose from. Unftunately, we cannot allow silly string, party poppers any type of confetti in the restau rant any attached to the walls. MENUS & DRINKS: One menu selection per group must be pre-selected in advance f parties of 8 me guests and any known dietary requests noted. In addition to the pre-fixed menu, all drinks (including mineral water and coffee) will be charged in accdance to consumption. Menu items may vary accding to seasonal produce. Due to Health & Safety regulations, we are no longer able to accept any food beverage items from outside including birthday cakes. LOSS & DAMAGE: Kazan shall not be liable f any loss damage to the property of the client and/ invitees attending the event. Kazan will hold the client responsible f the cost of any damage loss caused by them. It is prohibited to attach anything to the walls. Management reserves the right not to serve to any patrons that are acting in an appropriate manner causing distress to any other patrons staff at Kazan. INVOICING & ACCOUNTS, GRATUITY & VAT: We do not offer customer accounts, n do we offer company invoicing. All outstanding balances must be settled, in full, at the end of the event. In the event of the bill not being settled on the day the balance will be charged to the credit card details supplied on the booking fm. A service charge of 12.5% will be added to the final bill, which is distributed among the staff. All prices quoted include VAT.
