1 OUR PRIVATE DINING ROOM Decorated with warm colors and comfortable contemporary furnishings, our Private Dining Room can accommodate up to 24 guests. Situated on the water, with its lakeside dining and picturesque view of Lake Union and Queen Anne Hill, this room is perfect for board meetings, rehearsal dinners or any occasion where privacy is desired. Please ask your event coordinator for details regarding semi-private event spaces. MENUS Contemporary Seattle Style seafood featuring seasonal Northwest products, vibrant flavors and visually exciting presentations, is what Chandler s Crabhouse has to offer. Our award-winning Chef works alongside with your Event Coordinator to ensure that each menu we create is special and every guest enjoys his or her meal to the fullest! BEVERAGES We proudly feature the very best the Pacific Northwest has to offer. From the wines that we have selected, the micro-brew beers on tap and even our root beer! Award winning is the best way to describe our offerings. A full selection of liquors, after -dinner drinks and espresso service is also available. PARKING Chandler s Crabhouse offers ample self -parking. During daytime business hours, 9:00am to 5:00pm, the fee is $6 for the first three hours. After 5:00pm the fee is $6 per car. CUSTOM MENU CARDS Chandler s Crabhouse offers custom menu cards for each event. With your company name and menu for that evening, this special touch often provides a unique keepsake. Seattle, WA Restaurant Phone: Private Dining Sales Phone: Fax: RESERVATIONS A Private Dining Room tentative reservation will be held for three (3) days on a first come, first serve basis. Receipt of a signed contract and deposit will secure the date(s). A tentative reservation is released if a confirmation deposit and contract are not returned within seven (7) days of making the tentative reservation. If a tentative reservation is made within seven (7) days before the planned event, a signed contract and deposit are due within 24 hours of making the reservation. A deposit of $ to confirm your reservation is required for lunch and dinner. The deposit will be deducted from the balance due at the conclusion of the event. GUARANTEES and MINIMUMS A guaranteed guest count is required three (3) business days prior to your event date. The client will be charged the guaranteed or actual guest count, whichever is higher. Should Chandler s Crabhouse not receive the guaranteed guest count three (3) business days prior to the event, we reserve the right to assign the guest count. The client will be charged the assigned or actual guest count, whichever is higher. Once the guaranteed guest count has been given or assigned, the count may be raised, however not lowered due to staffing and preparation. Chandler s Crabhouse will be prepared to set and serve 5% over the guaranteed guest count without exceeding the maximum capacity of the reserved space. The food and beverage minimum for the Private Dining Room is exclusive of tax, service charges, retail or any special arrangements and are as follows: $ Lunch Service Monday through Sunday $ Dinner Service Sunday through Thursday $1, Dinner Service Friday and Saturday $1, June August (Including outside patio) $ Fireplace Lounge September - May The Lakeview Patio is available for Lunch and Dinner any day of the week. Please discuss these terms with the sales manager. [Please initial ] For events contracted on Holidays, Boat Shows and between Thanksgiving and New Year s Day, the food and beverage minimums for the room are $ Sunday through Thursday dinner, $ Friday and Saturday for dinner. There is no food and beverage minimum for the non-private Upper Cove area of the restaurant. April 2017

7 PRIVATE DINING ROOM CONTRACT Continued MENU SELECTION/SERVICE/PAYMENT Menu selection should be confirmed two (2) weeks prior to your event date. No food or beverage may be consumed in the restaurant other than provided by Chandler s Crabhouse. All food and beverage is subject to a taxable 20% service charge. Chandler s Crabhouse retains the full service charge and compensates team members in the form of wages, commissions, benefits, or otherwise, in accord with employment agreements and understandings in place. Please note that all prices and menu selections are subject to change between the contract date and the date of the event. Final charges are based upon the prices and selections in an effect on the date of the event. Payment in full is due upon completion of the event. Tax-exempt organizations must furnish a certificate of exemption to the restaurant in advance of event. We accept all major credit cards as well as ATM/Debit cards for payment. We do not accept personal or company checks or Costco Wholesale / Schwartz Brothers Restaurants gift cards. Any special arrangements made through Chandler s Crabhouse (floral, audio-visual equipment, specialty cakes, etc.) must be paid in full at the conclusion of the event. The Client will be responsible for all contract services that cannot be cancelled. Chandler s Crabhouse is not responsible for loss or damage to any property brought into or left in the restaurant by any organization or its guests. CANCELLATIONS This agreement is void if it cannot be performed due to uncontrollable circumstances at Chandler s Crabhouse. If food or services specified cannot be furnished due to such circumstances, other food and services may be substituted at prices ordinarily charged for them, but not in excess of the agreed upon price. In the event of inclement weather, a cancellation notice of 24 hours will be required. If Chandler s Crabhouse does not receive a cancellation notice, all applicable services charges (minimum of $300.00) will be charged. An event deposit may be transferred to another event if rescheduled within 30 days. The deposit is refundable up to 30 days in advance of the reservation and will be deducted from the balance due at the conclusion of the event. Should you cancel within 30 days of the event, your deposit will be refunded only if the room is rebooked.
