More refreshed The &More Coffee House (run by Genuine Dining) is open from 7.30am to 4pm; warmly welcoming all customers with our extensive range of hot and cold freshly brewed beverages, deliciously homemade bakery products, and our more-ish snacks, sandwiches, wraps, salads and jacket potatos. Expand your indulgence with our great quality barista-made Mozzo coffee and premium teas range accompanied by our tempting handmade goods tenderly created. Located on the Ground Floor next to reception, it s the ideal place for an informal meeting or some time out in your busy day. We also serve alcohol so if you fancy a beer or glass of wine, then do drop by for a drink! 7 GYM L-5 The Colmore Building s fantastic (and FREE!) gym is located In Basement 5. There is a whole range of top of the range Life Fitness equipment to keep all occupiers fit including cardio machines, free weights, TRX and a large mat area. Gym towels are available in the gym and are complimentary. We also have pigeon holes so you can leave your bag here if you re in a rush and don t have time to put it in a locker in the changing rooms in Basement 2. The gym is open 24 hours a day so there s no excuse! More energy Gym Inductions Please note that you must carry out a gym induction before using the gym for the first time. BMF run inductions at The Colmore Building and you can sign up at reception. Gym inductions are FREE! BRITISH MILITARY FITNESS (BMF) BMF run exclusive group classes for tenants of The Colmore Building and all abilities are welcome. Regular sessions are every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 12.45pm to 1.30pm. Join BMF for a FREE taster session and then improve your health and fitness with unlimited classes for only 32 per month

Whatever you re looking for, whether you are a complete beginner, intermediate or advanced at yoga, we have the right yoga class for you. Regular sessions are run by our instructor Claire Jukes every Tuesday and Thursdays from 12.30pm to 1.30pm. Classes take place in the gym (in Basement 5). More relaxing Prices If you would like to see how you get on by attending just one class, you can come along for a drop in session and pay just 7. You can also buy passes; a 4 class pass costs 25 and an 8 class pass costs 40. The 8 class pass allows you to enjoy the benefits of a full month s worth of yoga. There is a bike maintenance unit available to help with basic maintenance issues. DRYING ROOM The drying room (for cyclists to dry their clothes) can be found next to the changing rooms in Basement 2. More active 16 17

There are 4 showers in both the male and female changing rooms, hair dryers (and hair straighteners in the female changing rooms) and more than 65 lockers in each changing room. There s also a shoe buffer located outside the changing rooms so there s no excuse not to have shiny shoes! DRY CLEANING & LAUNDRY Located in Basement 2 next to the Treatment Rooms, The Colmore Building offers a dry cleaning service where you can drop off and pick up your dry cleaning between 7 am and 6pm on weekdays. Fill out your details on the dry cleaning form and Cabbage White (our external dry cleaning company) will do the rest. AMAZON LOCKERS Also located in Basement 2, the Amazon Lockers are available for you to send your Amazon parcels to. Just add The Colmore Building Amazon Locker to your delivery addresses and when your parcel arrives, pop down to pick it up you only need your reference number. Easy as that! More access SOCIAL MEDIA The Colmore Building has its own Twitter and Instagram feeds. The newsletter gets sent to tenant reps but you can also sign up to receive it directly on the mycolmorebuilding.com website you can also view past issues of the newsletter on the website.
