3 POD C & THE EYE A truly blank canvas space with a modern style, Pod C and The Eye is a fresh, contemporary space with high ceilings and a large stage space great for awards nights and large parties. With room for up to 700 guests, the space is fitted with in-house lighting for atmosphere and drama. The bar in The Eye is the perfect central point for people to gather. 4 BAR PHOENIX Bar Phoenix is located downstairs in the HUBS and is a dynamic and versatile location suitable for a variety of events. It is a unique venue with its floor to ceiling glass walls which will add a sparkle to any daytime or evening event. With a capacity of 180 it is an intimate venue, with comfortable seating for your guests to relax. With its flexible layout and technical options (Large projector screen, DJ booth, and PA system) this venue can be used for parties, Christmas celebrations, exhibitions, theatre performances, meetings and small conferences. 5 POD A With its own bar area and DJ booth Pod A is ideal for parties and Christmas celebrations. This 200 capacity contemporary function space is completely flexible to suit your needs. DETAILS Conferencing 9am-5pm (+VAT) Evening event hire 6pm-late (+VAT) 5
6 DJ HIRE The HUBS can provide you with a DJ for the night, however you are more than welcome to bring your own. DETAILS DJ for evening event (+VAT) WHOLE VENUE HIRE If your event requires that bit extra room, why not consider hiring the whole of the HUBS? 13 HOW TO FIND US The HUBS is in a brilliant central location to Sheffield city centre, and is easily accessed by any form of transportation. BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT BY FOOT Several bus services operate along Paternoster Row and Arundel Gate, the two main roads closest to The HUBS. You can also reach The HUBS via train as Sheffield train station is located just a few minutes walk away. The HUBS is less than a 5 minute walk from the train station and main bus interchange, and is situated just off the Heart of the City pedestrian route. BY CAR The HUBS is close to the M1 Parkway on the way to Sheffield city centre. There is limited on-road parking on Paternoster Row and Shoreham Street however there are several car parks in the vicinity.
