2 About Us Paradise Canyon has two banquet rooms, the main dining room can hold 225 people the Riverview Room can hold up to 50 people. Both rooms have an unparalleled view of the coulees and the Oldman River. Our catering team has the experience and commitment to make your day truly special. Including special food and beverage menus, service second to none and an eye for all the small details. All prices are subject to change. 3 Things to Know All prices are subject to change. A non-refundable deposit up to $1000 is required upon confirming your date. Paradise Canyon supplies all food and beverages - unless otherwise approved by the food and beverage manager. No food is allowed to leave the premises with the exception of wedding cakes during or after your function. The food and beverage manager must have all the details of your function confirmed no later than 7 days prior to the date. Paradise Canyon is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items, before, during or after your event. We are happy to accommodate food allergies or special requests. Our food menus can be modified to suit your needs. Please ask. The guaranteed number of people must be confirmed 7 days prior to the event. This is the number you will be charged for unless the number of people is greater. 3 Bar service is from 10:00 am to 12:45 am Sunday to Saturday. Music

4 can go until 1:00 am. Everyone must vacate no later than 2:00 am. Paradise Canyon can refuse alcoholic beverages to anyone at anytime with no reason needed. The food and beverage manager will discuss ways to eliminate people from drinking and driving. Payment is due two days before your function and will require a credit card on file in case there are any additional charges (example: more people, property damage, bar charges). You can supply your own security, they must be licensed and uniformed. We can supply security for you at a cost of $24.95 per hour plus GST. Socan charge is $59.17 and resound charge is $26.63 when any type of music is played. Paradise Canyon will set up tables with table cloths, dinnerware and your cloth napkins. Head table, guest book table and cake table will be skirted (if required). Otherwise decorating is up to you. Please talk with the food and beverage manager when this can be done. All decorations must be taken away immediately following the function. Candles are okay if they are enclosed and low on the table. Confetti of any kind is not accepted and will result in a $ clean up fee. Paradise Canyon may charge a room rental or a service fee depending on options chosen. 4

5 Some availability for outside ceremonies is possible - please ask. Pictures outside are possible in certain areas. Please ask the food and beverage manager. There is no charge for cutting and serving your cake. Please have someone come in early the day of the party to ensure that any setups (slideshow) are functioning properly. We will have no one on staff to help with any problems that arise. The DJ must be set up prior to any guests arriving. Space may be limited, so please inform your DJ of this. Wedding cake can be brought the day of the function and put on the cake table. Paradise Canyon can not store wedding cakes. A 15% gratuity will be added to all food and beverage items, also to room rentals and equipment rentals. No gratuity will be added to the GST/Socan. We may charge for use of our screen $50, projector $100, ipod hookup $25, microphone $25. 5

Add 6oz. lobster tail to any entrée item for only $12.00 per person. If two proteins are preferred we add $3.50 per person on to the highest priced item. 10 Late Lunch Served after 10:00 pm but no later than 11:30 pm. Late lunch is served for one hour maximum. All choices are buffet style.
