2 Introduction The Gateway Event & Conference Center services the central hub of the Akron & Canton. We are located in the CAK International Business Park on the grounds of the Akron Canton Airport. This allows for easy access to both the highway and airport flights. We are close to a wide variety of hotels and restaurants to fit any type of budget. Our rooms are designed to suit any function. Whether your needs are for business meetings, training classes, or personal gatherings. The Gateway Staff can arrange almost any type of meeting setting. Our large conference room features comfortable executive seating with large tables for ample space during presentations. Our smaller conference rooms allow for both a classroom and roundtable setting. 3 Leadership Center The Leadership Center is designed specifically for training and continuing education classes. This room can be set up in several different arrangements to suit your needs as well. Opportunity Hall Opportunity Hall is excellent for large meetings, seminars, banquets, and receptions. As the Gateway's largest meeting room, Opportunity Hall can accommodate any type of setting. Innovation Center The Innovation Center is a wonderful room for board meetings and seminars on a smaller scale. It is centrally located in the building and can be set up several different ways to suit your needs. Celebration Café The Celebration Café is a specified dining area with an adjoining full service kitchen with a buffet line set-up to service your specific catering needs. & no restrictions on our client s choice of catering service., it provides an excellent atmosphere to break for meals during meetings. The Hub The Hub is great for smaller group meetings, or just a place to collect thoughts and materials.

Our kitchen is a full service commercial kitchen allows caterers to make final preparations and hold their meals at the proper temperature Walk in Cooler/ Freezer Oven and Microwaves Food Prep Tables Vegetable Prep Sink 3 Bay Wash Sink We will work with our clients to enhance/decorate their rented space to accommodate their desired theme/motif. This includes setting up special lighting, decorations, balloons and display materials. *Additional Charges May Apply
