4 ALEX SUSHI After 10 years at Solli Plass, Alex Sushi got the pleasure to establish themselves on the waterfront at Tjuvholmen. Their chefs are uncompromising searching for the best ingredients, presented in the borderland between classic sushi art and innovation.
