We are conveniently located just off Rundle Street in the bustling East End of Adelaide s CBD. 4 Booking Details 3 Minimum Requirements Access & Duration Parking Minimum spend on food & beverage of $250 applies regardless of the duration of the meeting. If this minimum is not met the difference will be charged as room hire. $75 set-up fee applies this includes: Use of in house AV facilities such as data projector, microphone, Individually wrapped mints Iced water White or black linen table cloths Dietary Requirements All dietary requirements must be advised prior to the day & will be catered for. Regretfully, we can not cater for dietary requirements advised on the day. 7.30am earliest start time for guests arrival (organiser will be given access from 7am for set-up purposes only) Surcharge of $35 per half hour applies if earlier access is required.
